 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION 94-305(B)(5):

 INTO ANY SETBACK OR BE SUPPORTED BY ANY MEANS OTHER
 THAN ATTACHMENT TO THE BUILDING.
  
 PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-74: SINGLE FAMILY HIGH
 DENSITY (SF14) RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT - MINIMUM SETBACKS
 FOR PRINCIPAL BUILDING ARE AS FOLLOWS:
  
 A. FRONT: 25 FEET;
  
 B. CORNER: 12.5 FEET; TEN FEET IF LOT IS LESS THAN 60
 FEET WIDE;
  
 C. REAR: 15 FEET OR TEN PERCENT OF DEPTH, WHICHEVER IS
 LESS;
  
 D. SIDE: FIVE FEET MINIMUM, 15 FEET TOTAL.
  
 BASED ON THE SURVEY, THE EXISTING FRONT SETBACK
 DIMENSIONS MAY EXCEED THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED DISTRICT
 SETBACKS FOR THE PLACEMENT OF AWNINGS.
  
 NOTE: THE SUBMITTAL OF THE REQUESTED INFORMATION MAY
 GENERATE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
