 SAFE-SUSTAINING POWER OF THE SOIL IS IN DOUBT, OR WHERE

 CODE IS CLAIMED, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL REQUIRE
 THAT THE NECESSARY INVESTIGATION BE MADE. SUCH

 APPROVED IN WRITTING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 7) A3.3 PLEASE NOTE THAT ROOF TOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 MUSST MEET THE WIND REQUIREMENTS IN CHAPTER 16 OF FBC.
 301.13 FBC MECHANICAL. WIND RESISTANCE. MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT, APPLIANCES AND SUPPORTS THAT ARE EXPOSED TO
 WIND SHALL BE DESIGNED AND INSTALLED TO RESIST WIND

 DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, BUILDING. NOTE THE STRUCTURAL SHEETS INDICATE THE
