 NOA 08-0410.09 SUBMITTED IS LIMITED BY GENERAL
 LIMITATION #9 AND THE MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURE IS
 -45PSF. GENERAL LIMITATION #9 DOESN'T ALLOW NAIL
 ENHANCING. SEE GENERAL LIMITATION #9 ON LAST PAGE OF
 NOA. THIS ASSEMBLY DOESN'T MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES
 FOR PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS OF THIS BUILDING.
  
 B) NEED TO SELECT ANOTHER ASSEMBLY THAT IS LIMITED BY
 GENERAL LIMITATION #7 AND PROVIDE CORRESPONDING RAS 117
 CALCULATIONS FOR NAIL ENHANCING AT PERIMETER AND CORNER
 AREAS.
  
 C) RAS 117 CALCULATIONS NEED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY
 ANY OF THE PROFESSIONALS LISTED ON GENERAL LIMITATION
 #7 OF NOA SUBMITTED. DESIGN PROFESSIONAL TO TAKE INTO
 CONSIDERATION THAT BUILDING IS LOCATED ON EXPOSURE "C"
 AS REQUIRED BY 2009 REVISIONS TO THE 2007 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 2- NEED RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. 713.13 FLORIDA STATUTE.
