 1. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 2. PLEASE SUBMIT TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF
 THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDR).
  
 3. INDICATE THE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM ANY EXTERIOR
 IMPROVEMENTS TO ALL ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES. PURSUANT
 TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-72(A)(2): SINGLE-FAMILY LOW
 DENSITY (SF7) RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT - MINIMUM SETBACKS
 FOR PRINCIPAL BUILDING ARE AS FOLLOWS:
  
 A. FRONT: 25 FEET;
  
 B. CORNER: 12.5 FEET;
  
 C. REAR: 15 FEET OR TEN PERCENT OF LOT DEPTH, WHICHEVER
 IS LESS;
  
 D. SIDE: FIVE FEET MINIMUM, 15 FEET TOTAL.
  
 **THE REAR AND FRONT SETBACKS SHOWN ON THE SUBMITTED
 PLAN IS NOT FROM THE PORCH OR REAR ATTACHED ENCLOSED
 STRUCTURE.**
  
 4. PROVIDE THE TOTAL HEIGHT OF THE PROPOSED ADDITION ON
 THE ELEVATION PLAN. PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION
 94-611, THE HEIGHT SHALL BE MEASURED AS THE VERTICAL
 DISTANCE FROM THE AVERAGE ELEVATION OF THE FINISHED
 GRADE OF THE BUILDING TO THE MEAN HEIGHT LEVEL BETWEEN
 EAVES AND RIDGE FOR GABLE, HIP, AND GAMBREL ROOFS.
 (MAXIMUM HEIGHT IS 30 FEET.)
  
 5. INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED/RELOCATED
 A/C EQUIPMENT TO ALL PROPERTY LINES. PURSUANT THE ZLDR,
 SECTION 94-305(B)(4): MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT
 PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 6. PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION 94-482(A):
 REQUIRED OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE.
  
 PLEASE INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL IMPERMEABLE
 SURFACES (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) LOCATED WITHIN THE
 FRONT YARD (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT
 BUILDING FACADE).
  
 ADDITIONALLY, A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT WILL NEED TO BE
 ACQUIRED FROM THE CITY'S ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
 (561.494.1040), FOR THE PROPOSED APPROACH
 EXTENSION.**DO NOT RESUBMIT WITHOUT THIS APPROVAL**
