 THE APPROACH OFF OF 21ST ST SHALL BE APPROVED PROVIDED
 THAT A ROW PERMIT IS OBTAINED TO REMOVE THE APPROACH ON
 20TH ST AND A ROW PERMIT IS OBTAINED TO OPEN THE
 APPROACH ON 21ST ST. CONTACT THE WINDELL PALMER,
 PROJECT COORDINATOR AT THE CITY'S ENGINEERING
 DEPARTMENT (561.494.1040), FOR THE PROPOSED APPROACH
 EXTENSION.
