 ADDIUTIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED, THERE APPEARS TO BE A
 DISCREPANCY.
  
 2) PLANS INDICATE FIRE DAMAGE TO THE HAND FRAMED
 CEILING JOIST AND RAFTERS,EXST FL BLDG CODE 807.5.1
 EVALUATION AND ANALYSIS. AN ENGINEERING EVALUATION AND
 ANALYSIS THAT ESTABLISHES THE STRUCTURAL ADEQUACY OF
 THE ALTERED STRUCTURE SHALL BE PREPARED BY A REGISTERED
 ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER AND SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING
 CODE OFFICIAL.

 ALTERATION. WHERE MORE THAN 30 PERCENT OF THE TOTAL SUM

 BASED ON A MINIMUM FACTOR OF SAFETY OF THREE OR BY LOAD
 TESTS CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM D 3689. THE

 BEFORE THE FRAMING/FIRESTOPPING INSPECTION. GABLE END

 INDICATE NONE IMPACT FOR WINDOWS AND EXTERIOR DOORS
 LARGE MISSILE IMPACT. 1609.1.4 PROTECTION OF OPENINGS
 IN WIND-BORNE DEBRIS REGIONS, EXTERIOR GLAZING THAT
 RECEIVES POSITIVE PRESSURE IN THE LOWER 60 FEET (18.3
 M) IN BUILDINGS SHALL BE ASSUMED TO BE OPENINGS AND THE
 BALANCE OF GLAZED OPENINGS IN THE REST OF THE BUILDING
 SHALL BE ASSUMED TO BE ZERO UNLESS SUCH GLAZING THAT
 RECEIVES POSITIVE PRESSURE IS IMPACT RESISTANT OR
 PROTECTED WITH AN IMPACT RESISTANT COVERING MEETING THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF SSTD 12, ASTM E 1886 AND ASTM E 1996,
 OR MIAMI-DADE TAS 201, 202 AND 203 REFERENCED THEREIN

 OPENING SUBSTRATE.
  
 1714.5.5.4 STRUCTURAL SAFETY FACTOR.
 MULLIONS SHALL BE CAPABLE OF RESISTING A LOAD OF
 ONE-AND-ONE-HALF TIMES THE DESIGN PRESSURE LOADS
 APPLIED BY THE WINDOW AND DOOR ASSEMBLIES TO BE
 SUPPORTED WITHOUT EXCEEDING THE APPROPRIATE MATERIAL
 STRESS LEVELS. IF TESTED BY AN APPROVED LABORATORY, THE
 ONE AND ONE-HALF TIMES THE DESIGN PRESSURE LOAD SHALL
 BE SUSTAINED FOR 10 SECONDS, AND THE PERMANENT
 DEFORMATION SHALL NOT EXCEED 0.4 PERCENT OF THE MULLION
 SPAN AFTER THE ONE-AND-ONE-HALF TIMES DESIGN PRESSURE
 LOAD IS REMOVED.
  
 5C) ROOF SHINGLES: ALSO PROVIDE THE REQUIREDREPORTS FOR
 RIDGE VENTING: 1203.2 ATTIC SPACES. ENCLOSED ATTICS AND
 ENCLOSED RAFTER SPACES FORMED WHERE CEILINGS ARE
 APPLIED DIRECTLY TO THE UNDERSIDE OF ROOF FRAMING
 MEMBERS SHALL HAVE CROSS VENTILATION FOR EACH SEPARATE
 SPACE BY VENTILATING OPENINGS PROTECTED AGAINST THE
 ENTRANCE OF RAIN AND SNOW. BLOCKING AND BRIDGING SHALL
 BE ARRANGED SO AS NOT TO INTERFERE WITH THE MOVEMENT OF
 AIR. A MINIMUM OF 1 INCH (25 MM) OF AIRSPACE SHALL BE
 PROVIDED BETWEEN THE INSULATION AND THE ROOF SHEATHING.
 THE NET FREE VENTILATING AREA SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN
 1/150 OF THE AREA OF THE SPACE VENTILATED, WITH 50
 PERCENT OF THE REQUIRED VENTILATING AREA PROVIDED BY
 VENTILATORS LOCATED IN THE UPPER PORTION OF THE SPACE
 TO BE VENTILATED AT LEAST 3 FEET (914 MM) ABOVE EAVE OR
 CORNICE VENTS WITH THE BALANCE OF THE REQUIRED
 VENTILATION PROVIDED BY EAVE OR CORNICE VENTS.
  
 5D) STORM SHUTTERS: PROVIDE STORM PANEL INFORMATION
 WITH INSTALLATION SCHEDULE AND KEY PLAN WITH SPECIFIC
 ANCHORS AND MOUNTING TO BE USED FOR ALL NON-IMPACT
 GLAZING. FBC 1609.1.4.
  
 FL BLD CODE 2004 SECTION 106.3.3, 1609.1.4, 1714.5.1 &
 EXIST BUILD CODE 507.3. PROCEDURES: 1(B) A COMPLETE
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE SUMMARIZING & IDENTIFYING OPENING
 SIZES, STORY HEIGHTS, UNIT MARK NUMBERS, UNIT
 SPANS/WIDTHS, UNIT STORM BAR REINFORCING REQUIREMENTS,
 WALL PRESSURE ZONES, SLAT TYPES, ETC., SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED AT TIME OF PERMIT APPLICATION TO FACILITATE
 PLAN REVIEW AND PERMIT ISSUANCE. SAMPLE ATTACHED.
  
 6) PLANS WILL NEED TO INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH: 1209.2
 ATTIC SPACES. AN OPENING NOT LESS THAN 20 INCHES BY 30
 INCHES (559 MM BY 762 MM) SHALL BE PROVIDED TO ANY
 ATTIC AREA HAVING A CLEAR HEIGHT OF OVER 30 INCHES (762
 MM). A 30-INCH (762 MM) MINIMUM CLEAR HEADROOM IN THE
 ATTIC SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED AT OR ABOVE THE ACCESS
