 SEC. 713.13 FLORIDA STATUTES.
  
 3- DADE COUNTY PRODUCT APPROVAL NOA 07-1203.01
 SUBMITTED WAS SUPERSEDED BY MIAMI-DADE COUNTY. SEE
 ATTACHED COPY. PROVIDE NOA 09-0224.01 WHICH IS THE ONE
 THAT SUPERSEDES NOA SUBMITTED.
  
 4- CLEARLY MARK ON NOA SPECIFIC APPROVED ASSEMBLY TO BE
 INSTALLED.
  
 5- CLEARLY MARK ON NOA SPECIFIC BASE SHEET FASTENING
 OPTION ON SELECTED APPROVED ASSEMBLY.
  
 6- PROVIDE SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS FOR
 NAIL ENHANCING AT PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS AS
 REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7. SEE GENERAL
 LIMITATION #7 ON LAST PAGE OF NOA SUBMITTED. APPROVED
 ASSEMBLIES WITH GENERAL LIMITATION #9 CAN'T BE USED
 BECAUSE THEY DON'T MEET THE UPLIFT PRESSURES OF THIS
 BUILDING AND NAIL ENHANCING IS NOT ALLOWED.
 ***NOTE: DESIGN PROFESSIONAL DOING THE CALCULATIONS TO
 HAVE IN CONSIDERATION THAT THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED ON
 EXPOSURE "C' AS REQUIRED BY 2009 REVISIONS TO THE 2007
