 1. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 2. THE PERMIT DESCRIPTION INDICATES THE PROPOSED WORK
 IS TO REPLACE THE EXISTING FLAT ROOF AND ADD TRUSSES TO
 EXISTING STRUCTURE; HOWEVER, THE PLANS INDICATE AN
 ADDITION TO THE STRUCTURE. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 3. IF THE THERE IS AN ADDITIONA BEING PROPOSED, PLEASE
 REVISE THE PERMIT DESCRIPTION AND PROVIDE TWO (2)
 COPIES OF A CURRENT SURVEY, WHICH INCLUDES THE
 PROPERTY'S ADDRESS AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
  
 INDICATE ON THE SURVEY THE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM THE
 PROPOSED ADDITION TO ALL ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES.
 PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION 94-72(A)(2):
 SINGLE-FAMILY LOW DENSITY (SF7) RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT -
 MINIMUM SETBACKS FOR PRINCIPAL BUILDING ARE AS FOLLOWS:
  
 A. FRONT: 25 FEET;
  
 B. CORNER: 12.5 FEET;
  
 C. REAR: 15 FEET OR TEN PERCENT OF LOT DEPTH, WHICHEVER
 IS LESS;
  
 D. SIDE: FIVE FEET MINIMUM, 15 FEET TOTAL.
