 MARCH 1ST, 2009 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2007 FBC
 BUILDING WITH 2009 SUPPLEMENTS. PLEAS CORRECT THE COVER
 SHEET AND A2 ,THE STRUCTURAL NOTES, THERE ARE NO PALM
 BEAH COUNTY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2) PLANS WILL ALSO BE REVIEWED TO THE 2007 EXISTING
 BUILDING CODE W/ 2009 SUPPLEMENTS, PLEASE INDICATE TO
 WHAT LEVEL ALTERATION WILL BE COMPLETED UNDERTHIS
 PERMIT.
 401.4 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN OWNER MUST ELECT ONE
 OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF ALTERATION PURSUANT TO
 SECTIONS 403, 404 AND 405 OF THIS CODE.
  
 3) NEITHER SHEET A1 NOR A2 LIFE SAFETY INDICATE
 COMPLIANCE WITH :
 3A) 11-5.1 GENERAL. EXCEPT AS SPECIFIED OR MODIFIED IN
 THIS SECTION, RESTAURANTS AND CAFETERIAS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 11-4.1 TO SECTION
 11-4.35. WHERE FIXED TABLES (OR DINING COUNTERS WHERE

 3B) 11-5.2 COUNTERS AND BARS. WHERE FOOD OR DRINK IS
 SERVED AT COUNTERS EXCEEDING 34 INCHES (865 MM) IN
 HEIGHT FOR CONSUMPTION BY CUSTOMERS SEATED ON STOOLS OR
 STANDING AT THE COUNTER, A PORTION OF THE MAIN COUNTER
 WHICH IS 60 INCHES (1525 MM) IN LENGTH MINIMUM SHALL BE
 PROVIDED IN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 11-4.32 OR SERVICE
 SHALL BE AVAILABLE AT ACCESSIBLE TABLES WITHIN THE SAME
 AREA.
  
 4) THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RESTAURANTTHE FIRST FIVE BOOTHS
 DO NOT MEET: 1014.4.3.3 TABLE AND SEATING AISLE
 ACCESSWAY LENGTH. THE LENGTH OF TRAVEL ALONG THE AISLE
 ACCESSWAY SHALL NOT EXCEED 30 FEET (9144 MM) FROM ANY
 SEAT TO THE POINT WHERE A PERSON HAS A CHOICE OF TWO OR
 MORE PATHS OF EGRESS TRAVEL TO SEPARATE EXITS.
  
 5) SHEET A-1 INDICATES NEW STAIRS TO THE RAISED DECK
 BAR AREA# 2, DETAIL 6 ON A3 INDICATES THE STAIR RAILING
 BUT NOT THE ACCESSIBLE EXTENSIONS REQUIRED.11-4.9.4(2)
 IF HANDRAILS ARE NOT CONTINUOUS, THEY SHALL EXTEND AT
 LEAST 12 INCHES (305 MM) BEYOND THE TOP RISER AND AT
 LEAST 12 INCHES (305 MM) PLUS THE WIDTH OF ONE TREAD
 BEYOND THE BOTTOM RISER. AT THE TOP, THE EXTENSION
 SHALL BE PARALLEL WITH THE FLOOR OR GROUND SURFACE. AT
 THE BOTTOM, THE HANDRAIL SHALL CONTINUE TO SLOPE FOR A
 DISTANCE OF THE WIDTH OF ONE TREAD FROM THE BOTTOM
 RISER; THE REMAINDER OF THE EXTENSION SHALL BE
 HORIZONTAL [SEE FIGURE 19(C) AND FIGURE 19(D)].
 HANDRAIL EXTENSIONS SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 11-4.4.
  
 6) SINCE THE BAR# 2 IS AN ALTERED AREA PLEASE PROVIDE
 VERTICAL ACCESSIBLITY11-4.1.6(1)(F).
  
 7) SHEET A3 INDICATES DECRATIVE COLUMNS AND ARCHES, NO
 FINISH INFORMATION HAS BEEN PROVIDED FOR WALLS NOR TRIM
 SECTION 803 AND TABLE 803.5.
  
 8) THE MECHANICAL PLANS INDICATE AN EXTERIOR WALL
 LOUVER, PLEASE PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR WALL
 LOUVER. RULE 9B-72 PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED WITH
 PERMIT APPLICATION AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2003 ARE REQUIRED
 TO COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL SYSTEM. FOR
 INFORMATION PLEASE SEE THE STATE WEBSITE AT

 SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL OR

 9A) THE MECHANICAL PLANS INDICATE NEW EXHAUST FANS
 THROUGH THE ROOF DECK PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH:
 301.13 FBC MECHANICAL. WIND RESISTANCE. MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT, APPLIANCES AND SUPPORTS THAT ARE EXPOSED TO
 WIND SHALL BE DESIGNED AND INSTALLED TO RESIST WIND
 PRESSURES ON THE EQUIPMENT AND THE SUPPORTS AS
 DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, BUILDING.
  
 9B) EXHAUST FANS 1509.7 MECHANICAL UNITS. ROOF MOUNTED
 MECHANICAL UNITS SHALL BE MOUNTED ON CURBS RAISED A
 MINIMUM OF 8 INCHES (203 MM) ABOVE THE ROOF SURFACE, OR
 WHERE ROOFING MATERIALS EXTEND BENEATH THE UNIT, ON
 RAISED EQUIPMENT SUPPORTS PROVIDING A MINIMUM CLEARANCE
 HEIGHT IN ACCORDANCE WITH TABLE 1509.7.
  
  
 10) 1013.5 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT. GUARDS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WHERE APPLIANCES, EQUIPMENT, FANS, ROOF HATCH
 OPENINGS OR OTHER COMPONENTS THAT REQUIRE SERVICE ARE
 LOCATED WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM) OF A ROOF EDGE OR OPEN
 SIDE OF A WALKING SURFACE AND SUCH EDGE OR OPEN SIDE IS
 LOCATED MORE THAN 30 INCHES (762 MM) ABOVE THE FLOOR,
 ROOF OR GRADE BELOW. THE GUARD SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED SO
 AS TO PREVENT THE PASSAGE OF A 21-INCH-DIAMETER (533
 MM) SPHERE. THE GUARD SHALL EXTEND NOT LESS THAN 30
 INCHES (762 MM) BEYOND EACH END OF SUCH APPLIANCE,
 EQUIPMENT, FAN OR COMPONENT. SEE MECHANICAL COMMENTS
 FOR POSSIBLE ACCESS ISSUES.
  
 11) PLANS ARE NOT CLEAR AS IF THIS IS A SINGLE STORY
 BUILDING OR MULTIPLE STORIES THAT WOULD REQUIRE SHAFT
