 1. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION
 94-441(C)(2) OF: AS THE VALUE OF THE PROPOSED WORK
 EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE (LISTED AS
 "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 PLEASE SUBMIT TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 3. THE SIDE PROPOSED WEST SIDE SETBACK EXCEEDS THE
 MAXIMUM ALLOWED BY CODE AS THE SUBJECT SITE IS A CORNER
 LOT. PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION 94-74:
 SINGLE FAMILY HIGH DENSITY (SF14) RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
 - MINIMUM SETBACKS FOR PRINCIPAL BUILDING ARE AS
 FOLLOWS:
  
 A. FRONT: 25 FEET;
  
 B. CORNER: 12.5 FEET; TEN FEET IF LOT IS LESS THAN 60
 FEET WIDE;
  
 C. REAR: 15 FEET OR TEN PERCENT OF DEPTH, WHICHEVER IS
 LESS;
  
 D. SIDE: FIVE FEET MINIMUM, 15 FEET TOTAL.
  
 4. THE ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL FLOOR PLAN INDICATES THAT
 THE A/C UNIT WILL BE RELOCATED DEOM THE N BEDROOM WALL
 TO THE E SIDE. PLEASE INDICATE THE SETBACK DIMENSIONS
 FROM THE RELOCATED A/C UNIT TO ALL ADJACENT PROPERTY
 LINES. PURSUANT THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-305(B)(4):
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET
 INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 5. PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE PROPOSED RELOCATED
 PARKING SPACES. PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION
 94-485(C): RETENTION OF REQUIRED OFF-STREET PARKING
 SPACES. REQUIRED OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES SHALL NOT BE
 REPLACED BY ANY OTHER ON-SITE FACILITY UNLESS EQUAL
 PARKING FACILITIES ARE PROVIDED ELSEWHERE. OFF-STREET
 PARKING SPACES EXISTING ON THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE
 ORDINANCE FROM WHICH THIS ARTICLE IS DERIVED SHALL NOT
 BE REDUCED TO AN AMOUNT LESS THAN REQUIRED.
  
 PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-486. SPECIFIC PARKING
 REQUIREMENTS; LOADING SPACE REQUIREMENTS FOR INDIVIDUAL
 USES. A MINIMUM OF 2 PARKING SPACES ARE REQUIRED FOR
 SINGLE FAMILY DWELLINGS.
 ....
 WHENEVER TWO OR MORE OF THE USES LISTED IN TABLE XV-6
 ARE PRESENT ON THE SAME LOT OR IN THE SAME STRUCTURE,
 THE NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES REQUIRED SHALL BE THE SUM
 OF SPACES CALCULATED FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL USE.
  
 PUSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-485(N): OFF-STREET
 PARKING DIMENSIONS. ALL PARKING SPACES REQUIRED BY THIS
 ARTICLE SHALL BE AT LEAST EIGHT FEET SIX INCHES IN
 WIDTH AND 18 FEET IN LENGTH; SMALL CAR SPACES SHALL BE
 AT LEAST EIGHT FEET IN WIDTH AND 16 FEET IN LENGTH.
 MINIMUM PARKING SPACE AND AISLE DIMENSIONS ARE SET
 FORTH IN FIGURE XV-2 (ATTACHED).
  
 NOTE: THE SUBMITTAL OF THE REQUESTED INFORMATION MAY
 GENERATE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
