 ADOPTED DECEMBER 31ST 2008 SHALL FALL UNDER THE

 NFPA-70. AT THIS TIME THE STATE OF FLORIDA HAS NOT YET
 ADOPTED THE 2008 EDITION.
 PLEASE BE SURE THE THIS IS ADOPTED TO THE 2005 EDITION
 OF NFPA-70
  
 2) NOTE: ARCHITECTURAL TITLE BLOCK NEEDS TO CONTAIN ALL
 INFORMATION AS REQUIRED PER FAC 61G1-16.004 AND FS
 481.219.
 PLEASE KNOW THAT ANY SHEETS WHICH CONTAIN THE
 INFORMATION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL FIRM MUST CONTAIN THIS
 INFORMATION. PLEASE KNOW THAT ANY SHEETS WHICH DO NOT
 NEED TO BE REPRINTED MAY HAVE INFORMATION PLACED NEATLY
 ON DOCUMENTS. THIS WILL ALLEVIATE THE RE-PRINTING OF
