 1. WAS THE SIGN AT THE NW CORNER OF THE SITE
 CONSTRUCTED WITH A PERMIT? IF SO, IT MAY REMAIN, IF
 NOT, IT SHALL BE RELOCATED TO COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. 94-408(A)(2).
  
 2. ARE THE AWNING AREAS BEING REDUCED ALONG WITH THE
 DECK AREAS? THE PLANS ARE UNCLEAR IN THAT RESPECT. THE
 SITE PLAN DOES NOT INDICATE THE MAXIMUM EXTENT OF THE
 AWNINGS AND THE DEMOLITION PLAN IS NOT SPECIFIC AS TO
 WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THEM BEYOND REFURBISHMENT. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT AWNINGS MAY NOT ENCROACH MORE THAN FOUR FEET
 INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK AND BE SUPPORTED BY MEANS OTHER
 THAN ATTACHMENT TO A BUILDING.
  
 3. THE EXISTING DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE DOES NOT MEET THE
 MINIMUM DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS. UNLESS APPROVED TO
 REMAIN BY ENGINEERING SERVICES, IT SHOULD BE REPLACED
 WITH A CODE-COMPLIANT DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE IF SPACE
 EXISTS FOR IT TO BE ACCOMODATED. I'VE ATTACHED A
 DIAGRAM TO THE HARD COPY OF THESE COMMENTS FOR YOUR
 USE.
  
 4. THE PROPOSED ON-STREET LOADING ZONE DOES NOT MEET
 THE MINIMUM DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF 10 FEET BY 20
 FEET. IT SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE PLAN.
