2009-09-28 10:44:38I WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH A COPY OF THIS PERMIT NOR THE
 SITE PLAN, BUT CLAY KOHLMEYER (561) 719-3429 CALLED ME
 ON BEHALF OF THE PROPERTY OWNER ON PCN#
 74434306010000160 AT 5601 CORPORATE WAY. HE STATED THAT
 SUITE # 400 IN THE SOUTHWEST STRUCTURE WAS BEING SPLIT
 INTO TWO SEPARATE UNITS & THAT SUITE # 402 NEEDED TO BE
 ASSIGNED. ACCORDING TO THE CITY OF WPB'S ADDRESSING
 POLICY SECTION 1.3:
  
 ONE PRIMARY NUMBER SHALL BE ASSIGNED TO EACH STRUCTURE
 WITH MULTIPLE UNITS EACH UNIT WITHIN THE STRUCTURE
 SHALL BE ASSIGNED A UNIT DESIGNATOR SUCH AS "SUITE".
 ALLOWED UNIT DESIGNATORS INCLUDE APARTMENT (APT)
 NUMBERS FOR APARTMENTS, AND SUITE, BAY, UNIT (STE, OR
 BAY, OR UNIT) NUMBERS FOR COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS. THE
 UNIT DESIGNATOR SHALL BE NUMERIC AND SHALL NOT INCLUDE
 ALPHA OR FRACTIONAL CHARACTERS (I.E., # A OR # 1/2).
 IT WILL BE THE DEVELOPER RESPONSIBILITY TO ASSIGN UNIT
 (DESIGNATORS) ADDRESSES TO ALL UNITS INSIDE THE
 STRUCTURE .THE LIST OF ADDRESSES MUST BE APPROVED BY
 THE SUPPORT SERVICES DEPARTMENT IN CHARGE OF ADDRESSING
 PRIOR TO RELEASE THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
 EXAMPLES TO ASSIGN UNIT NUMBERS ARE:
 GROUND/FIRST FLOOR: UNIT NUMBERS FROM 100 TO 199, (100
 MAIN ST. # 101, INDICATES THE UNIT ON THE FIRST FLOOR)
 SECOND FLOOR: UNIT NUMBERS FROM 200 TO 299, (100 MAIN
 ST. # 201, INDICATES THE FIRST UNIT ON THE SECOND
 FLOOR)
  
 *THEREFORE, THE DEVELOPER ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO
 CHANGE THE SUITE/UNIT ADDRESSES, AS LONG AS IT CONFORMS
 WITH OUR ADDRESSING POLICIES & GUIDELINES.
  
 AS A RESULT, I NOTIFIED ALL OF THE RELEVANT PARTIES VIA
 (PALM BEACH COUNTY, PAPA, FPL, USPS, ETC.) OF THE NEW
 SUITE ADDRESS OF 5601 CORPORATE WAY # 402. IN
 COMMUNITYPLUS UNDER PCN# 74434306010000160, I CREATED
 THE SEQUENTIAL UNIT RECORD 0022 - 5601 CORPORATE WAY #
 402 & REATTACHED THIS PERMIT RECORD TO IT (PREVIOUSLY
 TIED TO # 400). MR. KOHLMEYER ALSO INFORMED ME THAT THE
 NUMERICAL SUITE ADDRESS LABELS FOR THE SOUTHWEST OFFICE
 BUILDING WAS BEING REARRANGED ACCORDING TO THE PROPERTY
 OWNER'S PREFERENCE. SINCE I WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH THE
 ORIGINAL PERMIT APPLICATION & SITE PLAN, PLEASE MAKE
 THE ADJUSTMENT ON THEM FROM 5601 CORPORATE WAY # 400 TO
