 1- PROVIDE RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. SEC. 713.13
 FLORIDA STATUTE.
 ***NOTE: THIS MAY BE RECORDED AT TIME OF PERMIT PICK
 UP.
  
 2- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 N1100.0 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. (REPEAT
 COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED AT ALL. THIS IS REQUIRED PRIOR
 TO RECEIVE THE PERMIT. SEE SEC. N1100.2.2 OF 2007
 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE).
  
 3- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) PRECAST LINTELS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. (REPEAT COMMENT.
 NOT ADDRESSED AT ALL).
  
 B) ) SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS AS SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS AND DETAILS. (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED AT
 ALL).
  
 4- SHEET 3.1:
 A) REVISE EGRESS WINDOWS NOTE: SEE SEC. R310 OF 2007
 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE FOR CORRECT MIN. OPENING
 HEIGHT AND CORRECT MIN. NET CLEAR OPENING. (REPEAT
 COMMENT. NOT PROPERLY ADDRESSED. EGRESS WINDOW OPENING
 IS NOT MEASURED BY THE MIN. TOTAL GLASS AREA BUT BY THE
 MIN. TOTAL OPENING AREA. ALSO, CLARIFY WHERE IS THE
 MIN. CLEAR OPENING HEIGHT OF 31" AND MIN. CLEAR OPENING
 WIDTH OF 36" TAKEN FROM. ALSO, THE LAST SENTENCE THAT
 "THE NET CLEAR OPENING SHALL IN NO CASE BE LESS THAN 5
 SQ.FT" . IS INCORRECT. THIS OPENING APPLIES TO GROUND
 UNITS ONLY. SEE SEC R310 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE AND REVISE INFORMATION AS REQUIRED.
