 1- NEED RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. SEC. 713.13
 FLORIDA STATUTE.
 NOTE: THIS MAY BE RECORDED AT TIME OF PERMIT PICK UP.
  
 2- CLARIFY HOW PROVIDING CROSS VENTILATION ON FLAT ROOF
 AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R806.1 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE. REVISE GENERAL NEW CONSTRUCTION NOTES #10 ON
 SHEET A-2. VENTS SPACED AT 8'-0" DON'T PROVIDE
 VENTILATION TO ALL ROOF RAFTERS.
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE
 9B-72 FOR:
 A) GLASS BLOCK SHOWN ON MASTER BATHROOM AREA.
  
 B) WINDOW MULLIONS. AND, MARK ON DRAWINGS SPECIFIC
 MULLION SIZE AND ANCHORS TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301 OF 2007
 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. COORDINATE DESIGN PRESSURES
 WITH ITEM #6 BELOW.
  
 C) DOUBLE DOORS AT NEW LAUNDRY AREA.
  
 D) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON
 DETAILS. PROVIDE ONLY THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 COVER PAGE AND PAGE SHOWING THE CONNECTOR.
  
 E) FIXED WINDOWS.
  
 4- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 5- STORM SHUTTERS: PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE. SEE ATTACHED SAMPLE. AND, MARK ON SHUTTERS
 DRAWINGS SPECIFIC MOUNTING CONDITIONS (EG: WALL
 MOUNTED, BUILD OUT, ETC) . ALSO, MARK ON DRAWINGS
 SPECIFIC ANCHOR TYPE AND SPACING TO BE USED ACCORDING
 TO THE DESIGN PRESSURES, EDGE DISTANCE, SHUTTERS SPAN
 AND STRUCTURE TO BE ATTACHED TO.
  
 6- REVISE DESIGN PRESSURES SHOWN ON SHEET A-2 FOR DOORS
 AND WINDOWS. ACCORDING TO 2009 REVISIONS TO SEC. R301
 TO THE 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE THIS BUILDING IS
 LOCATED ON EXPOSURE "C", NOT "B". REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 7- SPECIFY SAFETY GLASS FOR BATHROOM WINDOW AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R308.4 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 8- SPECIFY TYPE AND SIZE OF EXISTING BEDROOM WINDOWS TO
 BE REPLACED AND OPENINGS TO BE CLOSED TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. 601.2
 OF 2007 FLORIDA EXISTING BUILDING CODE.
  
 9- SPECIFY MIN. STUCCO THICKNESS (7/8") AS REQUIRED BY
 TABLE R702.1(1) OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 10- UPDATE PERMIT VALUATION TO INCLDUE ALL WORK SHOWN
 ON PLANS SUBMITTED. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL
 PROFESSIONAL DESIGN FEES, LABOR, MATERIALS AND
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 108.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC. ALSO, CLARIFY IF PAVERS
 AND SIDEWALKS AS SHOWN ON SITE PLAN ARE PART OF THIS
 PERMIT. COORDINATE WITH ZONING. CALL 805-6720
