 REVIEW UNDER 2007 FBC WITH 2009 REVISIONS.
  
 1- PROVIDE RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. SEC. 713.13
 FLORIDA STATUTE. NOTE: THIS MAY BE RECORDED AT TIME OF
 PERMIT PICK UP.
  
 2- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. REVISE VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL MATERIALS, LABOR
 AND ALL PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 108.3
 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 3- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 N1100.0.3 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 4- TAKE PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD) TO
 VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS
 AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
  
 5- SHEET 1.0 NEEDS TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE
 ENGINEER AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 471 FLORIDA STATUTE.
  
 6- SHEET 2.0:
 A) UPDATE GENERAL DEMOLITION NOTE #1. REFER TO 2009
 REVISIONS, NOT 2007.
  
 B) SPECIFY SIZE AND TYPE OF EXISTING BEDROOM WINDOWS
 THAT ARE GOING TO BE REMOVED. AND SIZE AND TYPE OF
 BEDROOM WINDOWS TO REMAIN TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. 601.2 OF 2007 FLORIDA
 EXISTING BUILDING CODE.
  
 7- SHEET 3.0: REVISE THICKNESS OF STUCCO SHOWN ON WALL
 LEGEND. NEED 7/8" STUCCO THICKNESS AS REQUIRED BY TABLE
 R702.1(1) OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 8- SHEET 3.1:
 A) REVISE STUCCO THICKNESS ON DETAILS LEGEND #5.
 REQUIRES 7/8" STUCCO, NOT 3/4". TABLE R702.1(1).
  
 B) CLARIFY WHY THE WINDOW/DOOR SCHEDULE CALLS FOR MAX.
 AND MIN. WIND PRESSURES INSTEAD OF POSITIVE AND
 NEGATIVE PRESSURES.
  
 9- SHEET 6.2: SPECIFY HOW LONG ARE THE 1/2" ANCHOR
 BOLTS SPECIFIED ON DETAILS 1 AND 2 TO HOLD THE 2X6
 BOTTOM PLATE. SEC. 106.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 10- PROVIDE ENGINEERING ANALYSIS SHOWING WHY THE 2X6
 WOOD LEDGER THAT IS RECEIVING ENTIRE ROOF IS ONLY
 ATTACHED TO THE WALL SHEATHING AND NOT TO THE STUDS.
 SEC. 106.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES.
  
 11- SHEET 7.1:
 A) DETAIL 1: REVISE STUCCO THICKNESS TO COMPLY WITH
 TABLE R702.1(1). ALSO, COORDINATE LEDGER ATTACHMENT
 WITH ITEM #10 ABOVE.
  
 B) DETAIL 2: COORDINATE LEDGER ATTACHMENT WITH ITEM #10
  
 12- SHEET 7.2: REVISE NOTE BELOW WIND LOAD SCHEDULE.
 REFER TO 2007 FBC WITH 2009 REVISIONS, NOT 2004.
  
 13- SHEET 8:
 A) NEED TO PROVIDE CONTINUOUS VENTILATION AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R806 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 B) REVISE STUCCO THICKNESS. SEE ITEM #8 ABOVE.
  
 C) LEDGER ATTACHMENT TO EXISTING WALL. COORDINATE WITH
 ITEM #10 ABOVE.
  
 D) CLARIFY SIZE OF ANCHOR HOLDING THE BOTTOM PLATE.
 1/2" OR 5/8". COORDINATE WITH DETAILS ON SHEET 6.2.
 ALSO, SPECIFY HOW LONG ARE THEY REQUIRED TO BE. SEC.
 106.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 14- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL
 CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON PLANS AND DETAILS AS REQUIRED
 BY DCA RULE 9B-72. PROVIDE ONLY THE FLORIDA PRODUCT
 APPROVAL COVER PAGE AND PAGE SHOWING THE CONNECTOR.
  
 15- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE (NOT
 SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS. RUBBER
 STAMP SAYING THAT THIS PRODUCT APPROVAL HAS BEEN
 REVIEWED DOESN'T IDENTIFY THE ENGINEER WHO REVIEWED. IN
 ADDITION ALL FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED WERE
 REMOVED FROM THE SUBMITTED PACKAGE BECAUSE THEY
 CORRESPOND TO 2004 CODE AND CODE IN EFFECT IS 2007. YOU
 MAY USE NOA ALONE.
  
 16- FLAT ROOF PRODUCT APPROVAL NOA 07-1219.09 SUBMITTED
 REQUIRES RAS 117 CALCULATIONS FOR NAIL ENHANCING AT
 PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS. SUCH CALCULATIONS NEED TO
 BE SIGNED AND SEALED AS REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION
 #7 ON SHEET 19 OF NOA SUBMITTED. PROVIDE SIGNED AND
 SEALED CALCULATIONS.
