 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION 94-409: TABLE
 XIII-1 - BUILDING FACADE SIGN AREA TABLE. THE BUILDING
 FACADE SIGN AREA TABLE SHOWS THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN
 THE AREA IN SQUARE FEET OF THE BUILDING FACADE AND THE
 PERCENT OF THE BUILDING FACADE WHICH MAY BE ALLOCATED
 TO SIGNS.
  
 3. HOW MANY BUSINESSES ARE LOCATED AT THE SUBJECT SITE?
 PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-408(A)(1)D: MAXIMUM
 NUMBER OF SIGNS ON EACH BUILDING: ONE SIGN FOR EACH
 INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS OCCUPANT OF THE BUILDING, PLUS TWO
 ADDITIONAL SIGNS.
