 REVIEW UNDER 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE WITH 2009
 REVISIONS.
  
 1- NEED RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. SEC. 713.13
 FLORIDA STATUTE.
 ***NOTE: THIS MAY BE RECORDED AT TIME OF PERMIT PICK
 UP.
  
 2- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 N1100.0 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 3- PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS FOR CLOSING OF
 EXISTING GARAGE DOOR OPENING. SPECIFY BOTTOM AND TOP
 PLATES AND ALL FASTENERS. SPECIFY WALL SHEATHING
 FASTENING, ETC. WALL TYPE 3 ON SHEET 3.1 IS MISSING ALL
 THIS INFORMATION.
 SEC. 106.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN LOADS OF SEC. R301 2007
 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 4- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) WINDOW MULLIONS. AND CLEARLY MARK ON PRODUCT
 APPROVAL DRAWINGS SPECIFIC MULLION SIZE AND FASTENERS
 TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE CALCULATED DESIGN
 PRESSURES.
  
 B) ALL EXTERIOR DOORS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 C) STORM SHUTTERS SINCE SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS PRODUCT
 APPROVAL NOA 08-0527.15 SUBMITTED DOESN'T HAVE ANY
 IMPACT RATING. PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE.
 SEE ATTACHED SAMPLE. AND, CLEARLY MARK ON SHUTTERS
 DRAWINGS SPECIFIC MOUNTING CONDITIONS (EG: WALL
 MOUNTED, BUILT OUT, ETC) AND SPECIFIC ANCHOR TO BE USED
 ACCORDING TO THE SUBSTRATE TO BE ATTACHED TO (EG:
 CONCRETE, CONCRETE BLOCK OR WOOD).
  
 D) ALUMINUM ROOF PANELS TO BE USED.
  
 5- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
 ***NOTE: RUBBER STAMP USED ON WINDOW PRODUCT APPROVAL
 IS NOT ACCEPTABLE BECAUSE IT DOENS'T IDENTIFY THE
 ENGINER WHO REVIEWED THE PLANS. IT ONLY SAYS THAT
 PRODUCT APRPOVAL WAS REVIEWED WITHOUT IDENTIFYING THE
 ENGINEER WHO REVIEWED IT.
  
 6- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. REVISE VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR AND
 MATERIALS. ALSO, INCLUDE ALL PROFESSIONAL FEES AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R108.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 7- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO SIGN AND SEAL SHEET 1.0 AS
 REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 471 FLORIDA STATUTE.
  
 8- BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD
 (561)233-5120) TO CHECK IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING
 BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE
 DUE.
 ***NOTE: COORDINATE WITH ZONING TO SEE IF PROPOSED
 APARTMENT IS ALLOWED. SEE ZONING COMMENTS.
  
 9- SHEET 4.0: REVISE BUILDING EXPOSURE. ACCORDING TO
 2009 REVISIONS TO 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE THIS
 BUILDING IS LOCATED ON EXPOSURE "C", NOT "B". REVISE
 ALL DESIGN PRESSURES ACCORDINGLY. SEE 2009 REVISIONS TO
 SEC. R301 REGARDING BUILDING EXPOSURE.
 ***NOTE: CHECK SIZE OF BEAMS SPECIFIED ON PLANS TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE EXPOSURE C DESIGN PRESSURES
 AND COLUM SPACING AS REQUIRED BY TABLE 502E OF EXPOSURE
 C TABLES FROM THE ALUMINUM ASSOCIATION MANUAL
 REFERENCED ON CHAPTER 20 OF FBC 2007.
  
 10- SHEET 7.0. CLARIFY WHY DESIGN CRITERIA ON LEFT SIDE
 OF SHEET REFERENCES BUILDING EXPOSURE "C", WHILE
 ALUMINUM DESIGN CRITERIA ON RIGHT SIDE OF SHEET
 REFERENCES BUILDING EXPOSURE "B". REVISE AS REQUIRED TO
 MATCH. AND REVISE ALL DESIGN PRESSURES ACCORDINGLY.
 COORDINATE WITH ITEM #9 ABOVE.
  
 11- COVER PAGE SITE PLAN IDENTIFYIES A PROPERTY ON
 BUNKER RD. THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON FRANCIS ST. NO
 BUNKER RD. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 12- SHEET 3.2: CLARIFY WHY THE WINDOW AND DOOR SCHEDULE
 CALL FOR MAX. AND MIN. WIND PRESSURES INSTEAD OF
 NEGATIVE AND POSITIVE PRESSURES.
  
 13- SHEET 4.1: PROVIDE ENGINEERING ANALYSIS SHOWING WHY
 THE WALL HEADER RECEIVING ENTIRE ROOF ON DETAIL 2 IS
 ATTACHED TO EXISTING PLYWOOD SHEATHING INSTEAD OF THE
