 1. DOCUMENTS PREPARED BY AN ENGINEER AND SUBMITTED FOR
 PUBLIC RECORD ARE TO BE SIGNED, SEALED, DATED ORIGINALS
 FS471.
  
 2. SOUTH ENTRANCE RAMP, SEE FBC11-4.6.2(1), PARKING
 SPACES TO BE LOCATED ON AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE NO LESS
 THAN 44". THE DETAIL SHOWS THE RAMP AS 3'.
  
 3. SOUTH ENTRANCE RAMP IS SHOWN AS 36"; SEE FBC11-4.8.3
 (EXCEPTION), FBC1010.5.1, 44" REQUIRED AS THIS IS A
 REQUIRED MEANS OF EGRESS.
  
 4. IT APPEARS THAT HANDRAILS ARE REQUIRED AND ARE SHOWN
 ON THE PLAN, FBC11-4.8.5. A PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR
 HANDRAIL INSTALLATION. WHEN RESUBMITTING, PROIVIDE AN
 APPLICATION FOR HANDRAIL INSTALLATION OR ADVISE AS TO
 HOW THIS ISSUE WILL BE ADDRESSED (THIS DOES NOT APPEAR
 TO BE WITHIN THE SCOPE OF A CONCRETE CONTRACTOR'S
 LICENSE).
  
 5. FBC11-4.8.4(2), SHOW 72" STRAIGHT AND LEVEL
 CLEARANCE REQUIRED AT THE BOTTOM OF EACH RAMP.
  
 6. SOUTH ENTRANCE RAMP, MIDDLE OF ACCESS AISLE
 TERMINATES AT THE RAMP. THE RAMP IS REQUIRED TO HAVE
 HANDRAILS AND HANDRAIL EXTENSIONS FBC 11-4.8.5, SHOW
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE. FBC11-4.6.2.
  
 7. PROVIDE A DETAIL FOR THE EDGE PROTECTION,
 FBC11-4.8.7, FBC1010.9.
  
 8. LANDING AT DOORS SHALL COMPLY WITH FBC11-13.6 (PER
 FBC11-4.8.4(4)), FBC FIGURE 11-25. SOUTH ENTRANCE,
 NORTHEAST ENTRANCE, SHOW 18" MINIMUM PULL SIDE AT THE
 DOOR.
  
 9. EXIT DISCHARGE HAS BEEN REDUCED FROM 5' TO 3' AT THE
 SOUTH ENTRANCE; MEANS OF EGRESS CAPACITY SHALL NOT BE
 DIMINISHED FBC1003.6.
  
 10. CLARIFY LOCATION OF ACCESSIBLE PARKING SIGNAGE.
 C-1D SHOWS SIGN 2' MIN AWAY FROM OVERHANG EDGE, BUT
 THAT WOULD PUT THE SIGN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SOUTH
 ENTRANCE RAMP.
  
 11. ENGINEER'S PLAN CONFLICTS WITH THE DETAIL PROVIDED
 BY G & H CONCRETE; FOR INSTANCE, SOUTH RAMP, ENGINEER'S
 PLAN SHOWS A 3' RAMP, OTHER SHOWS 4' WIDE RAMP, AND
 ENGINEER'S PLAN DOES NOT SHOW WIDTH OF RAMP SECTION
 BETWEEN LANDING AND DOOR. HAVE THE ENGINEER INCORPORATE
 ALL CHANGES AND DIMENSIONS INTO HIS OR HER PLAN.
