 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, AND RULES AND REGULATIONS AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 EXISTING FLOOR PLAN OF THIS SUITE OR LIFE SAFETY PLAN
 FOR THE FULL SUITE. 106.3.5 MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW

 DERTERMINED AT THIS TIME.
  
 THE SECOND ISSUE WITH THE CORRIDORS THAT SERVE THE
 EDUCATIONAL OCCUPANCY IS THE FIRE RATING OF THE
 CORRIDOR. TABLE 1017.1 REQUIRES THE CORRIDOR TO BE A 1
 HOUR RATING FOR BUILDINGS THAT ARE NOT FIRE
 SPRINKLERED, AND A EDUCATIONAL OCCUPANCY GREATER THAN
 30. PLANS INDICATE ONLY THE EDUCATIONAL OR CLASS ROOM
 ARE TO BE FIRE SPRINKLERED FROM THE NOTE# 3 OF SHEET
 A-1.0. AGAIN PLEASE PROVIDE CORRIDOR RATING S OUTSIDE
 OF THE TENANT UNIT.
