 OR AN OWNER MUST ELECT ONE OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS
 OF ALTERATION PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 403, 404 AND 405 OF
 THIS CODE. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR CODE REFRENECES.

 IS REQUIRED FOR RECORD KEEPING & FOR CERTIFICATE OF
