 1) PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST TIME REVIEW) AFTER
 MARCH 1ST, 2009 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2007 FBC
 BUILDING WITH 2009, 2007 FLORIDA EXISTING BUILDING CODE
 WITH 2009 SUPPLEMENTS, CHAPTER 10 ADDITIONS, PLEASE
 UPDATE PLANS, A2 & S2.
  
 2) FEES, STATE RADON FEES OF $4.62 ARE OWED.
  
 3) SHEET A-2 TYPICAL WALL SECTION IS MISSLABELED,
 INDICATES A TYPICAL GARAGE WALL SECTION, PLEASE CORRECT
 WITH TRAY CEILING AS INDICATED IN THE MASTER BEDROOM.
 PLANS ARE LACKING DETAILS FOR EAVE VENTING AND 1/2 HALF
 OF THE REQUIRED ROOF VENTING TO BE A MINIMUM OF 3'-0"
 ABOVE THE EAVE VENTS. R806.2.
  
 4) SHEET A-2 TYPICAL WALL SECTION, PLANS DO NOT
 INDICATE TTHE TYPICAL GABLE END WALL DETAILS. PLANS DO
 NOT INDICATE THE REQUIRED BRACING FOR THE GABLE END
 WALL TRUSS.
 BUILDING PROVISO; R502.1.3.2 BRACING. TRUSSES SHALL BE
 BRACED TO PREVENT ROTATION AND PROVIDE LATERAL
 STABILITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIED
 IN THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR THE BUILDING AND ON
 THE INDIVIDUAL TRUSS DESIGN DRAWINGS. IN THE ABSENCE OF
 SPECIFIC BRACING REQUIREMENTS, TRUSSES SHALL BE BRACED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH TPI/WTCA BCSI.
  
 5) THE GABLE END WALL DOES NOT PROVIDE HOW THE
 HORIZONTAL JOINT IN THE T-111 SHEATHING WILL OCCUR,
 PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH: R703.3.1 PANEL SIDING.
 JOINTS IN WOOD, HARDBOARD OR WOOD STRUCTURAL PANEL
 SIDING SHALL BE MADE AS FOLLOWS UNLESS OTHERWISE
 APPROVED. HORIZONTAL JOINTS IN PANEL SIDING SHALL BE
 LAPPED A MINIMUM OF 1 INCH (25 MM) OR SHALL BE
 SHIPLAPPED OR SHALL BE FLASHED WITH Z-FLASHING AND
 OCCUR OVER SOLID BLOCKING, WOOD OR WOOD STRUCTURAL
 PANEL SHEATHING.
  
 6) THE MEP SHEETS DO NOT INDICATE SMOKE DETECTORS IN
 THE NEW MASTER BEDROOM, PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH:
 R313.1 SMOKE DETECTION AND NOTIFICATION. ALL SMOKE
 ALARMS SHALL BE LISTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH UL 217 AND
 INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
 CODE AND THE HOUSEHOLD FIRE WARNING EQUIPMENT
 PROVISIONS OF NFPA 72.
  
 HOUSEHOLD FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH NFPA 72 THAT INCLUDE SMOKE ALARMS, OR A
 COMBINATION OF SMOKE DETECTOR AND AUDIBLE NOTIFICATION
 DEVICE INSTALLED AS REQUIRED BY THIS SECTION FOR SMOKE
 ALARMS, SHALL BE PERMITTED. THE HOUSEHOLD FIRE ALARM
 SYSTEM SHALL PROVIDE THE SAME LEVEL OF SMOKE DETECTION
 AND ALARM AS REQUIRED BY THIS SECTION FOR SMOKE ALARMS
 IN THE EVENT THE FIRE ALARM PANEL IS REMOVED OR THE
 SYSTEM IS NOT CONNECTED TO A CENTRAL STATION.
  
 R313.2 LOCATION. SMOKE ALARMS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN THE
 FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:
  
 1. IN EACH SLEEPING ROOM.
  
 2. OUTSIDE EACH SEPARATE SLEEPING AREA IN THE IMMEDIATE
 VICINITY OF THE BEDROOMS.
  
 7) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
