 1. PLEASE CLARIFY, HOW HAS "ENCLOSED" CONDITION BEEN
 DETERMINED? SOME, BUT APPARENTLY NOT ALL, UNITS HAVE
 OPENING PROTECTION.
  
 IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THIS ISSUE MAY BE ADDRESSED BY
 TELEPHONE. ALTERNATIVELY, PRESSURES CAN BE CALCULATED
 USING "PARTIALLY ENCLOSED" CONDITION.
  
 2. PLEASE NOTE THAT ISSUES REGARDING NOC MUST BE
 RESOLVED PRIOR TO FIRST INSPECTION FS713.
  
  
 HAD A CONVERSATION W/CONTR ON 5/11 -
  
 1. "ENCLOSED" MAY BE EVIDENCED BY EITHER:
  
 ENGINEER PROVIDE CALCULATIONS TO SHOW HOW HE'S ARRIVED
 AT "ENCLOSED" CONDITION
  
 CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE PERMIT NUMBERS AND CALCULATIONS
 TO SHOW THAT ENOUGH UNITS IN THE BUILDING ARE PROTECTED
 TO JUSTIFY "ENCLOSED" CONDITION
  
 CONTRACTOR MAY PROPOSE ALTERNATE (HIGHER) DESIGN
 PRESSURE, SO ENGINEERING WOULD NOT BE REQUIRED BUT A
 CODE COMPLIANT JOB WOULD BE PROVIDED
  
 ANY OTHER RESOLUTION THAT THE CONTRACTOR PROPOSES WILL
 BE CONSIDERED.
  
 2. REGARDING NOC, CONDO ASSOCIATION CAN SIGN (BECAUSE
 OUTSIDE OF BUILDING IS OWNED BY CONDO ASSOC, NOT
 HOMEOWNER)
