 AND RELATED MECHANICAL OR FUNCTIONAL FEATURES MAY
 EXCEED DISTRICT HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS BY TEN PERCENT. THE
 MAXIMUM HEIGHT FOR A BUILDING WITHIN THE SINGLE FAMILY
 LOW DENSITY (SF7) RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT IS 30 FEET.
