 6) PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR CAST CRETE LINTELS WAS
 SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW BUT THERE IS NO INDICATION AS TO
 INSTALATION, OVER THE WINDOWS OR GARAGE DOOR, SIZE OF
 LINTAL DEPTH OF LINTAL.
 THE GARAGE OVERHEAD DOOR ALSO IS MISSING INFORMATION IF
 THIS IS TO BE A LINTAL, ACOMBINATION LINTEL AND BOND
 BEAM OR A BEAM WITH REBAR AND STIRRUPS. THE PLANS DO
 NOT INDICATE CHIPPING BACK INTO THE EXISTING CORNER TO
 BEAR THE NEW BEAM OR LINTAL ONTO THE EXISTING COLUMN.
  
 7) PLANS FAIL TO PROVIDE A TRUSS PLAN WITH THE
 MAGNITUDE OF LOADS TO BE RESISTED, GRAVITY, LATERAL &
 UPLIFT, R802.2.9 ROOF TIE-DOWN.

 11) ENTEGRA ROOF TILE: PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION ON
 WHICH SYSTEM IS TO BE USED TO SECURE THE ROOF TILE,
 CIRCLE SYSTEM. R905.3 CLAY AND CONCRETE TILE. THE
 INSTALLATION OF CLAY AND CONCRETE SHALL BE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH RECOMMENDATIONS OF FRSA/TRI
 07320.R905.3.7.1 HIP AND RIDGE TILES. HIP AND RIDGE
 TILES SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FRSA/TRI

 12) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
