 1. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION
 94-441(C)(2) OF: AS THE VALUE OF THE PROPOSED WORK
 EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE (LISTED AS
 "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 PLEASE SUBMIT TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 3. THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY IS LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF
 THE PROPERTY. THE PROPSED SITE PLAN INDICATES A NEW
 BRICK DRIVEWAY BEING PLACED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE
 LOT. IS THIS IN ADDITION TO THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY?
 PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 NOTE THAT A SECOND ACCESS POINT IS NOT ALLOWED ON A
 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL LOT. YOU MAY RELOCATE
 DRIVEWAY, BUT NOT CREATE AN ADDITIONAL ACCESS POINT PER
 THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-313, A MAXIMUM OF ONE (1) ACCESS
 POINT IS ALLOWED IN RESIDENTIAL TYPES OF DEVELOPMENT OF
 LESS THAN 75 UNITS.
  
 ADDITIONALLY, A A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT WILL NEED TO BE
 ACQUIRED FROM THE CITY'S ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
 (561.494.1040), FOR THE PROPOSED APPROACH EXTENSION.
  
 NOTE: THE SUBMITTAL OF THE REQUESTED INFORMATION MAY
 GENERATE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
