 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 2. A SITE PLAN SHALL BE PROVIDED SHOWING THE LOCATION
 OF ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED STRUCTURE, MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT, ETC. SETBACKS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED FROM ALL
 IMPROVEMENTS TO ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES.
  
 3. PER SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE CITY???S ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, A LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL
 BE SUBMITTED TO CONSTRUCTION SERVICES AS THE PROPOSED
 WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE (AS
 LISTED BY THE PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER).
 LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN COMPLIANCE WITH
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
  
 4. PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION OF ALL EXISTING, NEW AND
 RELOCATED MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT (I.E. A/C COMPRESSORS,
 ETC.). PLEASE DIMENSION THE SETBACKS FROM ALL
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT TO THE ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES.
