 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN
 FORMAT.
  
 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (B)(2)(A), FOR SINGLE
 FAMILY DWELLING UNITS, AT LEAST ONE SHADE, FLOWERING OR
 FRUIT TREE SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 1200 SQUARE FEET
 OF OPEN SPACE OR FRACTION THEREOF. FOUR (4) TREES ARE
 REQUIRED BECAUSE A FRACTION IS ROUNDED UP TO THE NEXT
 WHOLE NUMBER. A BANANA TREE IS NOT CONSIDERED A TREE
 AND NOT MORE THAN 35 PERCENT OF THE TREES CAN BE PALMS.
 ADDITIONAL TREES WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 2. PLEASE IDENTIFY ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED TREES
 SHRUBS AND GROUND COVER BY NAME, QUANTITY, SIZE AND
 SPACING. ALL PLANT MATERIAL TO REMAIN SHALL BE FLORIDA
 #1 GRADE OR BETTER OR IT SHALL BE REMOVED AND REPLACED.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (D), PRIVATE LAND AND
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR SIDEWALK
 SURFACES AND REQUIRED BUFFER STRIPS AND LANDSCAPED OPEN
 SPACE AREAS SHALL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS. GRASS AREAS
 SHALL BE SODDED. PLEASE SHOW SOD IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
 AND ON THE REMAINDER OF THE SITE.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4)(G)(3), AUTOMATIC
 IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE USED FOR THE CULTIVATED
 LANDSCAPE AREAS FOR ALL PROPERTIES. THIS INCLUDES THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY. AN IRRIGATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED.
  
 5. ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN, PLEASE SHOW ALL OVERHEAD
 LINES, UTILITIES, EASEMENTS, OVERHANGIING TREE LIMBS
 AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT MAY INTERFERE WITH THE PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPING.
  
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE THE REQUIRED XERISCAPE TABULATION.
  
 7. PLEASE PROVIDE THE SCREENING FOR THE AIR
 CONDITIONING UNITS AND ANY OTHER MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT.
  
 8. ALL PLANS SHALL BE CONSISTENT. PLEASE SHOW THE
 TRELLIS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE
 SITE PLAN.
  
 9. PLEASE SUBMIT A COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE
 TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR.
