 3A) 2007 EXISTING BUILDING CODE 401.4 A DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL OR AN OWNER MUST ELECT ONE OR A
 COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF ALTERATION PURSUANT TO
 SECTIONS 403, 404 AND 405 OF THIS CODE.
  
 3B) 2007 EXISTING BUILDING CODE (GARAGE) 406.2
 APPLICATION. CHANGES OF OCCUPANCY SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 9.
  
 3C) 2007 EXISTING BUILDING CODE (ADDITION) 407.2
 APPLICATION. ADDITIONS TO EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL

 OFFICIAL SHALL DETERMINE WHETHER TO REQUIRE A SOIL TEST

 LOCATION. THIS TEST SHALL BE MADE BY AN APPROVED AGENCY
 USING AN APPROVED METHOD.
  
 6) PLANS DO NOT INDICATE A VENTED UNDER FLOOR
 SPACE.R408.3 UNVENTED CRAWL SPACE.
 VENTILATION OPENINGS IN UNDER-FLOOR SPACES SPECIFIED IN
 SECTIONS R408.1 AND R408.2 SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED WHERE:
  
 1. EXPOSED EARTH IS COVERED WITH A CONTINUOUS VAPOR
 RETARDER. JOINTS OF THE VAPOR RETARDER SHALL OVERLAP BY
 6 INCHES (152 MM) AND SHALL BE SEALED OR TAPED. THE
 EDGES OF THE VAPOR RETARDER SHALL EXTEND AT LEAST 6
 INCHES (152 MM) UP THE STEM WALL AND SHALL BE ATTACHED
 AND SEALED TO THE STEM WALL; AND
  
 2. ONE OF THE FOLLOWING IS PROVIDED FOR THE UNDER-FLOOR
 SPACE:
  
 2.1. CONTINUOUSLY OPERATED MECHANICAL EXHAUST
 VENTILATION AT A RATE EQUAL TO 1 CFM (0.47 L/S) FOR
 EACH 50 FT2 (4.7 M2) OF CRAWLSPACE FLOOR AREA,
 INCLUDING AN AIR PATHWAY TO THE COMMON AREA (SUCH AS A
 DUCT OR TRANSFER GRILLE), AND PERIMETER WALLS INSULATED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION N1102.B;
  
 2.2. CONDITIONED AIR SUPPLY SIZED TO DELIVER AT A RATE
 EQUAL TO 1 CFM (0.47 L/S) FOR EACH 50 FT2 (4.7 M2) OF
 UNDER-FLOOR AREA, INCLUDING A RETURN AIR PATHWAY TO THE
 COMMON AREA (SUCH AS A DUCT OR TRANSFER GRILLE), AND
 PERIMETER WALLS INSULATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
 N1102.B;
  
 2.3. PLENUM COMPLYING WITH SECTION N110.ABC.3.6, IF
 UNDER-FLOOR SPACE IS USED AS A PLENUM.
  
 7) PLANS ALSO FAIL TO INDICATE ACCESS TO UNDER FLOOR
 SPACES.
 R408.4 ACCESS. ACCESS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO ALL
 UNDER-FLOOR SPACES. ACCESS OPENINGS THROUGH THE FLOOR
 SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 18 INCHES BY 24 INCHES (457 MM BY
 610 MM). OPENINGS THROUGH A PERIMETER WALL SHALL BE NOT
 LESS THAN 16 INCHES BY 24 INCHES (407 MM BY 610 MM).
 WHEN ANY PORTION OF THE THROUGH-WALL ACCESS IS BELOW
 GRADE, AN AREAWAY NOT LESS THAN 16 INCHES BY 24 INCHES
 (407 MM BY 610 MM) SHALL BE PROVIDED. THE BOTTOM OF THE
 AREAWAY SHALL BE BELOW THE THRESHOLD OF THE ACCESS
 OPENING. THROUGH WALL ACCESS OPENINGS SHALL NOT BE
 LOCATED UNDER A DOOR TO THE RESIDENCE. SEE SECTION
 M1305.1.4 FOR ACCESS REQUIREMENTS WHERE MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT IS LOCATED UNDER FLOORS.
  
 8) SHEET A2 VERSES S2 GARAGE / GAMEROOM CONVERSION,
 SHEET A2 INDICATESS THE REMOVAL OF THE GARAGE DOOR AND
 REPLACEMENT OF WHAT APPEARS TO BE 4X4 WOOD POST. WHILE
 SHEET S2 INDICATES
 PC 44 WHAT DOES THIS REPRESENT? NEITHER SHEET INDICATES
 IF THERE IS A EXISTING HEADER OR NEW? THE OTHER ISSUE
 IS BETWEEN THE SIDELIGHTS AND DOOR FRAME NEITHER PLAN
 INDICATES THE USE OF ANY FRAMING MEMBER OR VERTICAL
 MULLION? THIS NEEDS TO BE PART OF THE MAIN WIND FORCE
 RESISTING SYSTEM. PLEASE INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH
 R601.2 A CONTINIOUS LOAD PATH BETWEEN THE FOUNDATION,
 WALL FRAMING AND ROOF SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 9) SHEET A2 DOES NOT INDICATE ATTIC ACCESS:R807.1 ATTIC
 ACCESS. BUILDINGS WITH COMBUSTIBLE CEILING OR ROOF

 10) SHEET A5 INDICATES EAVE VENTS BUT NO INFORMATION IS
 PROVIDED FOR THE REQUIRED BY VENTILATORS LOCATED IN THE
 UPPER PORTION OF THE SPACE TO BE VENTILATED AT LEAST 3
 FEET (914 MM) ABOVE THE EAVE OR CORNICE VENTSR806.2. AS
 AN ALTERNATIVE, THE NET FREE CROSS-VENTILATION AREA MAY

 WALL DETAIL, ROOF IS NOT SHOWN FULL HEIGTH.
  
 11) THE ROUGH-FRAMED OPENING SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 22
 INCHES BY 30 INCHES (559 MM BY 762 MM) AND SHALL BE
 LOCATED IN A HALLWAY OR OTHER READILY ACCESSIBLE
 LOCATION. A 30-INCH (762 MM) MINIMUM UNOBSTRUCTED
 HEADROOM IN THE ATTIC SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED AT SOME
 POINT ABOVE THE ACCESS OPENING. SEE SECTION M1305.1.3
 FOR ACCESS REQUIREMENTS WHERE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IS
 LOCATED IN ATTICS.
  
 12) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
