 1) PLEASE NOTE THAT 517 20TH STREET ALSO HAS AN ADDRESS
 OF 505 20TH STREET. THE PERMIT IS BEING ROUTED TO
 ADDRESSING IN ORDER TO DETERMINE WHICH ADDRESS SHALL BE
 USED FOR THE ACTUAL BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION (NOT
 THE PLAN REVIEW) FOR THIS BUILDING.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT - IF THE PERMIT VALUE FOR THE
 RENOVATION, INCLUDING THE INTERIOR DEMOLITION, OF ANY
 STRUCTURE EXCEEDS 50% OF THE VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE,
 THEN THE LANDSCAPE SHALL BE BROUGHT INTO CONFORMITY
 WITH THE CURRENT CITY LANDSCAPE REGULATIONS. THE
 RESPONSE TO THE INITIAL PLAN REVIEW STATES THAT EACH
 BUILDING WILL BE RENOVATED FOR $80, 000 AND LISTS THE
 VALUE OF EACH STRUCTURE AT $400,000. THIS VALUE
 CONFLICTS WITH THE PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S WEBSITE, WHICH LISTS THE IMPROVEMENT VALUE
 (THE STRUCTURE) FOR 604 21ST STREET AS $82,259 AND 517
 20TH STREET $358,398 FOR MULTIPLE BUILDINGS LISTED
 UNDER THE SAME PARCEL CONTROL NUMBER. AT THE TIME OF
 THE BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION, PLEASE PROVIDE EITHER
 A CERTIFIED APPRAISAL FOR EACH BUILDING SHOWING A VALUE
 IN EXCEEDING 2 TIMES THE VALUE OF THE BUILDING PERMIT,
 OR A LANDSCAPE PLAN VERIFYING CONFORMITY WITH HE CITY'S
 LANDSCAPE REGULATIONS.
