 1. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 2. PROVIDE A COPY OF A RECORDED UNITY OF TITLE,
 UNIFYING SUBJECT PROPERTY TO A PRINCIPLE STRUCTURE.
 PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION 94-304(A)(1):
 ACCESSORY STRUCTURES MUST BE CONSTRUCTED SIMULTANEOUSLY
 WITH, OR FOLLOWING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE MAIN
 BUILDING AND SHALL NOT BE OCCUPIED UNTIL AFTER THE
 PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE HAS RECEIVED A CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY. NO ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED
 OR ESTABLISHED ON ANY LOT PRIOR TO THE TIME OF
 CONSTRUCTION OR RELOCATION OF THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE
 TO WHICH IT IS ACCESSORY.
  
 3. IT SEEMS THAT THE PROPOSED MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT ON
 THE EAST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY EXCEEDS THE MAXIMUM
 SETBACK ALLOWED. PURSUANT THE ZLDR, SECTION
 94-305(B)(4): MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE
 THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 NOTE: THE SUBMITTAL OF THE REQUESTED INFORMATION MAY
 GENERATE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
