 DIMENSIONS FROM ALL PROPERTY LINES. NOTE: PURSUANT TO
 SECTION 94-304(B)(2) OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS:
 SETBACKS.
 FRONT: 25 FEET.
 SIDE: FIVE FEET FROM THE LOT LINES.
 CORNER: SAME AS REQUIRED FOR PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE. REAR:
 FIVE FEET MINIMUM OR 15 FEET FROM THE CENTERLINE OF THE
 ALLEY TO A GARAGE DOOR FACING THE ALLEY, WHICHEVER IS
 GREATER.
  
 2) INDICATE HEIGHT DIMENSIONS ON ELEVATIONS FROM GRADE
 TO THE MIDPOINT OF THE ROOF'S PITCH. NOTE: PURSUANT TO
 SECTION 94-304(B)(4) OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS: HEIGHT. ACCESSORY STRUCTURES
 SHALL NOT EXCEED 25 FEET.
  
 3) SHOW ANY PROPOSED A/C EQUIPMENT AND INDICATE SETBACK
 DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED A/C EQUIPMENT TO THE PROPERTY
 LINES. AS PER SECTION 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZLDRS:
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4' INTO
 A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 4) ACCESSORY STRUCTURE EXCEEDS MAXIMUM SQUARE FOOTAGE
 ALLOWABLE. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-304(B)(1) OF THE
 CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS: MAXIMUM
 SQUARE FOOTAGE. THE TOTAL FLOOR AREA OF ALL ROOFED
 ACCESSORY BUILDINGS ON A PROPERTY (INCLUDING ANY OTHER
 ACCESSORY STRUCTURES THAT MAY EXIST) SHALL NOT EXCEED
 75 PERCENT OF THE GROSS FLOOR AREA OF THE PRIMARY
 STRUCTURE WITH A MAXIMUM FLOOR AREA OF 1,000 SQUARE
 FEET.
  
  
 NOTE: ACCESSORY APARTMENTS/DWELLING UNITS ARE
 PROHIBITED WITHIN THE SF7 ZONING DISTRICT. STRUCTURE
 SHALL SERVE AS A POOL CABANA ONLY. NO DWELLING UNIT
 PERMITTED. NO RENTAL LICENSE SHALL BE GRANTED IN THE
 FUTURE.
