 ELLIOT OF 42 K, LLC. HE ENLIGHTENED ME THAT ONE OF THE
 CONDITIONS OF THE ORIGINAL ANNEXATION AGREEMENT WOULD
 BE THAT THE SUITES # A & B WOULD REMAIN AS THEY WERE.
 MY PREDECESSOR, LILI & SEVERAL PLANNERS IN THE PLANNING
 & ZONING DEPARTMENT APPARENTLY AGREED TO THIS
 STIPULATION, IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THE CONSENT OF THE
 PROPERTY OWNER(S) TO BE ANNEXED INTO THE CITY'S
 JURISDICTION BACK THEN. THEREFORE, THE SUITE #S WILL
 NOT BE CHANGED TO # 1 & 2 (TO COMPLY WITH THE ORIGINAL
 ANNEXATION AGREEMENT).

 4-28-2009: I WENT OUT ON LOCATION TO CHECK OUT THE SITE
 ON MY WAY TO WORK THIS MORNING. AFTER RESEARCHING THE
 PAPA WEB SITE, I HAVE CONFIRMED THAT THE PREVIOUS PCN#
 00424328160020000 WAS RETIRED & SPLIT INTO NINE PARCELS
 FROM PCN#S 74424329300010000 THRU 74424329300090000.
 THE WORK BEING DONE FOR A SIGN TAKES PLACE AT THE NEWLY
 CONFIRMED PCN# 74424329300060000 (WHICH I ADJUSTED ON
 THE ORIGINAL COPIES). THERE WAS ALSO A SLIGHT
 ADDRESSING VIOLATION WITH THE SUITE # BEING AN ALPHA
 CHARACTER (# B). I HAVE MAILED OUT A LETTER TO THE
 TENANTS & LANDOWNER TO CHANGE ALL THE SUITES FROM # A &
 B TO # 1 & 2 FOR 8132, 8136, 8140 & 8144 OKEECHOBEE
 BLVD, SO IT IS A WORK IN PROGRESS. PLEASE MOVE THIS
 PERMIT RECORD TO BE ATTACHED TO SEQUENTIAL UNIT RECORD
 0002 UNDER THE NEW PCN# 74424329300060000 - 8144
 OKEECHOBEE BLVD # B. I HAVE CALLED THE CONTRACTOR,
 BEACH SIGNS & LEFT THEM A MESSAGE TO MAKE THE
 CORRECTION ON THEIR PERMIT APPLICATION TO PCN#
 74424329300060000, AND NOTIFIED THEM THAT THE
 INFRACTION REGARDING ALPHA CHARACTERS FOR THE SUITES
 WOULD EVENTUALLY BE WORKED OUT WITH THE DEVELOPER (42 K
 LLC).
