 LANDSCAPE PLAN THAT MEETS ALL MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 PURSUANT TO ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS SHALL BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED
 PRIOR TO C/O. IT SHALL CONTAIN ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1. PUSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (D), PRIVATE LAND AND
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR SIDEWALK
 SURFACES AND REQUIRED BUFFER STRIPS AND LANDSCAPED OPEN
 SPACE AREAS SHALL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS. THIS INCLUDES
 THE ENTIRE SITE AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4)(G)(3), AUTOMATIC
 IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE USED FOR THE CULTIVATED
 LANDSCAPE AREAS FOR ALL PROPERTIES. THIS INCLUDES THE
 RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
  
 3. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL INCLUDE ALL ITEMS FOUND IN
 SECTION 94-448 (D)(2), INCLUDING THE TABULATION CLEARLY
 DISPLAYING THE RELEVATNT STATISTICAL INFORMATION
 NECESSARY FOR THE EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS ARTICLE. THE PLANT LIST SHALL
 INCLUDE THE PLANT NAME, QUANTITY, SIZE AND SPACING OF
 ALL ESISTING AND PROPOSED PLANT MATERIAL. ALL OVERHEAD
 LINES, EASEMENTS, UTILITIES AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT
 COULD INTERFERE WITH PROPOSED LANDSCAPING.
  
 4. ALL TREES AND PLANT MATERIAL THAT WILL REMAIN SHALL
 BE FLORIDA NUMBER 1 GRADE OR BETTER. EXISTING TREES
 WILL NEED CORRECTIVE PRUNING BY A CERTIFIED ARBORIST IF
 THEY ARE NOT IN GOOD CONDITION.
