 PLEASE IDENTIFY TO WHAT LEVEL OF ALTERATION THE PLANS
 WERE DESIGNED TO. EXISTING BUILDING CODE 401.4 A DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL OR AN OWNER MUST ELECT ONE OR A
 COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF ALTERATION PURSUANT TO
 SECTIONS 403, 404 AND 405 OF THIS CODE.
