 PLANS ARE TO BE TO SCALE, DIMENSIONED, AND SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO SHOW SCOPE OF WORK.
  
 8. DETAIL SHOWS BOTTOM OF 4X4 AT THE TOP OF A 2"
 TOPPING, BUT MANUFACTURER INFORMATION SHOWS THE POST
 RAISED. IS THE ANCHOR EMBEDDED IN THE CONCRETE? PLEASE
 REVISE DRAWING TO CORRECTLY DEPICT PROPOSED WORK OR
 PROVIDE INFORMATION FROM THE MANUFACTURER WHICH ALLOWS
 THE ANCHOR TO BE EMBEDDED AND THE RAISED POST AT
 FINISHED FLOOR LEVEL.

 11. IT APPEARS THAT THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT IS
 ATTACHED TO FASCIA BOARD. FASCIA IS NOT A STRUCTURAL
 COMPONENT; THIS CANNOT BE USED TO SUPPORT THE PROPOSED
 IMPROVEMENT. PLEASE SHOW HOW THIS WILL RESIST LOADS,
 FBC R301.
  
 12. IT IS NOT CLEAR HOW THIS HAS BEEN DESIGNED; SEE FBC
 R301.1. IF WFCM WAS USED, PLEASE PROVIDE COPIES OF THE
 PERTINENT CHARTS AND DETAILS TO SHOW THAT THIS PROPOSED
 IMPROVEMENT CAN WITHSTAND DESIGN LOADS. IF ASCE7 WAS
 USED, PLEASE PROVIDE CALCULATIONS FOR ALL STRUCTURAL
 ELEMENTS. FOR INSTANCE, 7 4X4 POSTS WERE SHOWN TO
 SUPPORT A 176 SF STRUCTURE. 2X4 RAFTERS, WITH NO

 ALL STRUCTURAL DETAILS, SIZE, SPACING, AND CALCULATIONS
 IF PRESCRIPTIVE DESIGN HAS NOT BEEN IMPLEMENTED FBC

 13. ROOF FRAMING PLAN, SPECIFY ROOF FRAMING SPACING. IT
 APPEARS THAT THERE MAY BE AN INTERMEDIATE SUPPORTING
 MEMBER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE 9'7" SPAN; THIS SHOULD BE
 SHOWN ON THE ROOF FRAMING PLAN IF IT EXISTS. IF THERE
 IS AN INTERMEDIATE SUPPORT, IT APPEARS THAT IT SPANS
 14'2"; PROVIDE EVIDENCE (CALCULATIONS OR PRESCRIPTIVE
 DESIGN FROM WFCM) THAT THIS COMPLIES WITH DESIGN
 CRITERIA, SEE OTHER COMMENTS.
  
 14. SPECIFY NAILING PATTERN FOR ROOF SHEATHING.
  
 15. A ROOF PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED. FOR FLAT DECKS,
 CONTRACTOR IS TO INDICATE WHICH APPROVED ASSEMBLY WILL
 BE USED AND SPECIFY ENHANCED FASTENING FOR CORNER AND
 PERIMETER ZONES IF REQUIRED. FLORIDA STATE OR LOCAL
 PRODUCT APPROVAL REQUIRED FAC9B72 FOR ROOF COVERING.

 ROOF TYPE AND PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN DETERMINED, A
