 ALTERATION IS TO TAKE PLACE OR HAS TAKEN PLACE UNDER
 THIS PERMIT. 401.4 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN OWNER
 MUST ELECT ONE OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF ALTERATION
 PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 403, 404 AND 405 OF THIS CODE.
  
 3) THE PRE-INSPECT INDICATED WORK HAS ALREADY STARTED,
 PLEASE INDICATE THE SCOPE OF WORK TO BE REVIEWED UNDER
 THIS PERMIT. DEPENDING ON THE SCOPE OF WORK THE DOLLAR
 AMOUNT LISTED ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION WILL CHANGE. W

 A FEE FOR EACH PERMIT SHALL BE PAID AS REQUIRED, IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHEDULE ESTABLISHED BY THE

 IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE
 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFRENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
