| | DWELLING UNITS, AT LEAST ONE SHRUB SHALL BE PLANTED FOR |
| | EACH 500 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF. |

| | YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE CALCULATIONS OF YOUR TOTAL |
| | OPEN SPACE. TO CALCULATE YOUR OPEN SPACE AREA, YOU WILL |
| | NEED TO FIRST FIGURE OUT YOUR TOTAL LOT AREA (LENGTH X |
| | WIDTH OF THE LOT) AND SUBTRACT THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF |
| | THE BUILDING'S FOOTPRINT. THIS WILL GIVE YOU YOUR OPEN |
| | SPACE CALCULATION, WHICH YOU CAN THEN DIVIDE BY 1,200 |
| | TO GET THE NUMBER OF REQUIRED SHADE TREES, AND DIVIDE |
| | BY 500 TO GET YOUR TOTAL NUMBER OF REQUIRED SHRUBS. |
| | PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: |
| | -- IF YOUR EXISTING LANDSCAPING FALLS SHORT OF THESE |
| | CALCULATED NUMBERS, ADDITIONAL TREES/SHRUBS WILL NEED |
| | TO BE INSTALLED. **NOTE: PALM TREES DO NOT COUNT AS |
| | SHADE TREES. |
| | -- SHOW ON SITE PLAN OR SURVEY: THE LOCATION, TYPE, AND |
| | SIZE OF THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPING. |
| | -- SHRUBS NEED TO BE A MINIMUM TWO (2) GALLON CONTAINER |
| | SIZE. TREES NEED TO BE A MINIMUM OF 8 FEET IN HEIGHT |
| | WITH A CLEAR TRUNK SPACE OF AT LEASE FIVE (5) FEET. |
| | -- PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-445(4)(G)(3), ALL |
| | YARD/LANDSCAPE AREAS ARE REQUIRED TO BE IRRIGATED. |

| | 3. HAS THE EXISTING POOL EQUIMENT BEEN RELOCATED AS A |
| | RESULT OF THIS PROJECT? IF YES, PLEASE INDICATE THE |
| | SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM THE POOL EQUIPMENT TO ALL |
| | ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES. NOTE: PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, |

| | 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO |
| | PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE. |

| | PLEASE INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL IMPERMEABLE |
| | SURFACES (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) LOCATED WITHIN THE |
| | FRONT YARD (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT |
