 1) REPEAT COMMENT - THE PLANS SHALL SHOW THE GENERATOR
 AND ALL DIMENSIONS AND SETBACKS TO SCALE FROM THE
 ADJACENT PROPERTY LINE, THE WALL, THE LANDSCAPE AND THE
 PARKING AREA. THE EXISTING AND NEW LAYOUT PLANS SHOW
 DIFFERENT DIMENSIONS THAN THE BOB BELL SITE PLAN AND
 THE ELEVATION PLAN. THERE IS A TWO (2) FOOT
 DISCREPANCY.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT - THE SITE PLAN SHOWS 12 FEET FROM
 THE WALL TO THE HANDICAP PARKING SPACE. THE LAYOUT
 DRAWINGS SHOW 10 FEET FROM THE WALL TO THE HANDICAP
 PARKING SPACE. ALL PLANS AND DRAWINGS NEED TO SHOW SAME
 AND ACCURATE DIMENSIONAL CONDITIONS.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT - SHOW THE SCREEN HEDGE ON THE
 SUBMITTED PLANS.
  
 4) THE NEW WALL TO THE EAST OF THE GENERATOR IS
 REQUIRED TO BE ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE EXISTING PALM
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND. THE MATERIAL OF THE NEW WALL SHALL
 COMPLY WITH ANY COMBUSTIBILITY RATINGS FOR THE REQUIRED
 LOCATION.
  
 5) NOTE - THE GENERATOR PERMIT WILL NOT BE APPROVED
 UNTIL THE WALL/FENCE AND HEDGE PERMIT IS APPROVED.
 FENCE PERMIT NO. 09050324 DID NOT PASS ON INITIAL
 REVIEW. PLEASE INCLUDE THE FENCE RESUBMITTAL WITH THIS
 PERMIT.
  
 6) THE GENERATOR WILL NOT RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE OF
 COMPLETION UNTIL THE WALL/FENCE AND HEDGE ARE
 INSTALLED.
  
 7) NOTE - THE EXISTING LANDSCAPE TO THE EAST OF THE
 PROPOSED GENERATOR SHALL NOT BE REMOVED.
