 REVIEW UNDER 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE WITH 2007
 REVISIONS.
  
 1- A) ACCORDING TO SOIL TEST REPORT PROVIDED THE SOIL
 BEARING CAPACITY REQUIRED FOR THE PROPOSED ADDITION IS
 3,500PSF. SHEET S-7 OF STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS SUBMITTED
 SPECIFIED SOIL BEARING CAPACITY OF 2,500PSF. AND,
 EXISTING FOUNDATION PLAN SHEET S-1 SPECIFIES THAT
 FOOTING HAVE BEEN DESIGNED FOR 2,000PSF SOIL BEARING
 CAPACITY. ALL THIS INFORMATION NEEDS TO BE CLARIFIED,
 REVISED AND COORDINATED AS REQUIRED.
  
 B) SOIL TEST REPORT NEEDS TO HAVE ENGINEERS' ORIGINAL
 SIGNATURE AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 61G15-23.002 FLORIDA
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AND CHAPTER 471 FLORIDA STATUTE.
  
 2- OWES $5.88 FOR RADON FEES.
  
 3- DESIGNER TO SPECIFY HOW IS ROOF TILE GOING TO BE
 INSTALLED AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.1.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS
 TO FBC 2004. IF USING ADHESIVE, THEN PROVIDE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL FOR IT. CHECK ROOF TILE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR
 LISTED ADHESIVES.
  
 4- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) ROOF TILE TO BE INSTALLED. NONE SUBMITTED AT THIS
 TIME.
  
 B) FLAT ROOF ASSEMBLY TO BE USED. NOA 07-0111.03
 SUBMITTED WAS SUPERSEDED BY MIAMI-DADE COUNTY. SEE
 ATTACHED COPY FROM WEBSITE. NEED TO PROVIDE CURRENT
 PRODUCT APPROVAL. ALSO, PROVIDE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS
 FOR NAIL ENHANCING AT PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS AS
 REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7. AND, CLEARLY
 IDENTIFY WHICH ANCHOR SHEET FASTENING OPTION IS GOING
 TO BE USED. OPTION ONE OR OPTION TWO.
 ***NOTE: COORDINATE INFORMATION WITH ITEM #6A BELOW.
  
 C) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON PLANS
 AND DETAILS. PROVIDE ONLY THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 COVER PAGE AND PAGE WHERE CONNECTOR IS SHOWN. NO NEED
 TO SUBMIT COMPLETE REPORT. THIS APPLIES TO STRUCTURAL
 CONNECTORS ONLY. OTHER PRODUCT APPROVALS REQUIRE
 COMPLETE REPORT.
  
 5- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 6- ENERGY CALCULATIONS:
 A) REVISE CEILING TYPE AND INSULATION ON ITEM #10A. NEW
 ADDITION HAS UNDER ATTIC AREA, NOT SINGLE ASSEMBLY.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED. ALSO, COORDINATE WITH INFORMATION
 SHOWN ON ARCHITECTURAL PLANS AND FLAT ROOF PRODUCT
 APPROVAL.
  
 B) OWNER/AGENT TO SIGN AND DATE BOTTOM OF FORM.
  
 7- A) SPECIFY DOUBLE LAYER OF VAPOR BARRIER ON NEW WALL
 CONSTRUCTION AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R703.6.3 OF 2004
 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 B) SPECIFY STUCCO THICKNESS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R703.6.4.3 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
