 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.

 2) NOTE: 713.13(6) THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT AT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST
 INSPECTION.
  
 3) PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST TIME REVIEW) AFTER
 JULY 1ST, 2007 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2004 FBC
 BUILDING WITH THE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS. THIS INFORMATION
 SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
  
 4) THE DRAWINGS SHALL STATE THE USE AND OCCUPANCY OF
 THE BUILDING PER FBC CHAPTER 3 AND TABLE 503, THE TYPE
 OF CONSTRUCTION PER FBC CHAPTER 6 AND TABLE 601.
  
 5) 2004 FBC EXISTING 301.5 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN
 OWNER MUST ELECT ONE OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF
 ALTERATION PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF
 THIS CODE. THE PLANS NEED TO STATE THE LEVEL OF
 ALTERATION.
  
 6) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF ARCHITECTURAL DIMENSIONAL PLANS
 DRAWN TO A MINIMUM OF 1/8 INCH SCALE ON SUBSTANTIAL
 PAPER INDICATING THE USE OF EACH ROOM. CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE PREPARED BY A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL
 REGISTERED WITH THE STATE. THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL
 SHALL AFFIX HIS OR HER OFFICIAL SEAL, SIGNATURE AND
 DATE TO EACH SHEET PER FLORIDA STATUTES 471 AND 481.
 SUBMIT AN EXISTING FLOOR PLAN A PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN
 SHOWING ALL NEW WALLS. A WALL LEGEND IS REQUIRED TO
 SHOW THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF WALLS INCLUDING THE
 EXISTING WALLS. PROVIDE A WALL DETAIL OF EACH WALL
 SHOWING HOW THEY WILL BE FASTENED TO THE FLOOR AND
 STRUCTURE ABOVE AND WHAT MATERIALS WILL BE USE TO
 CONSTRUCT THE WALLS; ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED
 106.1.2.
  
 7) (2004 FBC) 106.1.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE &
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED & SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, AND RULES AND REGULATIONS AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 8) TABLE 803.5 MINIMUM INTERIOR FINISH CLASSIFICATION;
 PROVIDE INFORMATION BASED ON INTERIOR FINISH
 REQUIREMENTS BASED ON OCCUPANCY.
  
 9) FBC 1207.3 FLOOR/ CEILING ASSEMBLIES BETWEEN
 DWELLING UNITS OR BETWEEN A DWELLING UNIT AND A PUBLIC
 SERVICE SHALL HAVE AN IMPACT INSULATION CLASS (IIC)
 RATING OF NOT LESS THAN 50 (45 IF FIELD TESTED) IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 492 OR THE SOUND TRANSMISSION
 CLASS (STC) OF NOT LESS THAN 50 (45 IF FIELD TESTED)
 FOR AIR BORNE NOISE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 90.
 PROVIDE THE INFORMATION FOR THE CORK/SOUND
 TRANSMISSION.
  
 10) NOW THE SPACE IS BEING ALTERED, SHOW HOW THE FIRE
 ALARM SYSTEM HAS BEEN AFFECTED AND HOW THE SPACE STILL
 IN COMPLIANCE WITH FBC 907.2.9. SINGLE OR
 MULTIPLE-STATION SMOKE ALARMS SHALL BE INSTALLED AND
 MAINTAINED IN R-2 OCCUPANCIES REGARDLESS OF OCCUPANT
 LOAD. THE SMOKE ALARMS SHALL BE LOCATED IN EACH
 SLEEPING ROOM, ON CEILING OR WALL OUTSIDE OF EACH
 SEPARATE SLEEPING ROOM IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY OF
 BEDROOMS FBC 907.2.10.1.2.
