 THIS REVIEW WAS DONE UNDER THESE CURRENT CODE CYCLES:
 THE 2007 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, 2005 NEC, NFPA-72 2002,
 NFPA-101 2006, 2004 FBC AS AMENDED, CHAPTER 1.AND FOUND
 NONCOMPLIANT WITH THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1} 301.5 FBC EXISTING BUILDING CODE. THE DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL OR OWNER MUST ELECT THE LEVEL OF
 ALTERATION PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF THE
 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. PLEASE DECLARE SAME ON THE
 PLAN.
  
 2} THE PERSON TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DESIGN MUST
 PRINT AND SIGN THEIR NAME TO SAME PER 106.3.4.3. FBC.
 IF AN ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER, COMPLY WITH 481 AND 471
 FS, RESPECTIVELY.
 THE CONTRACTOR OF RECORD MAY BE THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL
 IF EXEMPTIONS UNDER CHAPTER 471.003, FLORIDA STATUTES,
 IF EXEMPTIONS APPLY.
  
 3} PLEASE INCLUDE THE ADDRESS OF THE PROJECT ON THE
 PLANS FOR RECORD RETENTION.106.1.3.FBC AS AMENDED.
  
 4} THE ROOM (NOT LABELED) IN THE SOUTH EAST CORNER OF
 THE UNIT APPEARS TO MEET THE DEFINITION OF A BEDROOM
 PER THE FBC. SMOKE ALARMS MUST BE INSTALLED PER 313.1.1
 FBC RESIDENTIAL***.R313.1 SMOKE ALARMS.
 SMOKE ALARMS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN THE FOLLOWING
 LOCATIONS:
 1. IN EACH SLEEPING ROOM.
 2. OUTSIDE EACH SEPARATE SLEEPING AREA IN THE IMMEDIATE
 VICINITY OF THE BEDROOMS.
 3. ON EACH ADDITIONAL STORY OF THE DWELLING, INCLUDING
 BASEMENTS BUT NOT INCLUDING CRAWL SPACES AND
 UNINHABITABLE ATTICS. IN DWELLINGS OR DWELLING UNITS
 WITH SPLIT LEVELS AND WITHOUT AN INTERVENING DOOR
 BETWEEN THE ADJACENT LEVELS, A SMOKE ALARM INSTALLED ON
 THE UPPER LEVEL SHALL SUFFICE FOR THE ADJACENT LOWER
 LEVEL PROVIDED THAT THE LOWER LEVEL IS LESS THAN ONE
 FULL STORY BELOW THE UPPER LEVEL.
 WHEN MORE THAN ONE SMOKE ALARM IS REQUIRED TO BE
 INSTALLED WITHIN AN INDIVIDUAL DWELLING UNIT THE ALARM
 DEVICES SHALL BE INTERCONNECTED IN SUCH A MANNER THAT
 THE ACTUATION OF ONE ALARM WILL ACTIVATE ALL OF THE
 ALARMS IN THE INDIVIDUAL UNIT. THE ALARM SHALL BE
 CLEARLY AUDIBLE IN ALL BEDROOMS OVER BACKGROUND NOISE
 LEVELS WITH ALL INTERVENING DOORS CLOSED.
  
 5} 106.1.3 RESERVED. QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS.
 BUILDING PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH
 SCALE UPON SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, CLOTH OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE
 MEDIUM. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH
 DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, STANDARDS FOR PLANS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS
 RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH
 THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE, SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR
 OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO RECORDS MANAGEMENT.***LABEL THE
 ROOMS, DECLARE THE SCALE SO SPACING REQUIREMENTS OF 210
 NEC CAN BE REVIEWED.
  
 AN ELECTRICAL PERMIT IS REQUIRED PER 105.1 FBC AS
 AMENDED.
