 713.13(2) IF THE WORK DESCRIBED IN THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT IS NOT ACTUALLY COMMENCED WITHIN 90 DAYS
 AFTER THE RECORDING THEREOF, SUCH NOTICE IS NULL &
 VOID. NOTE: 713.13(6) THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF

 NOTE: PLANS THAT ARE SUBMITTED FIRST TIME UNDER A
 PERMIT APPLICATION STARTING MARCH 1, 2009 WILL BE
 REVIEWED TO THE 2007 FBC, WITH THE 2009 SUPPLEMENTS
 THIS START DATE IS A MANDATED IMPLEMENTION DATE STATE
 WIDE.
 SINCE TO DATE NO CONTRACTOR HAS MADE APPLICATION TO
 CHANGE THIS MAJOR WORKING DRAWING REVIEW INTO A PERMIT
 APPLICATION THIS REVIEW WILL BE COMPLETED UNDER THE
 2007FBC WITH 2009 SUPPLEMENTS, PLEASE UPDATE ALL PLANS
 TO REFECT AS SUCH!. SHEET A9.0 & S0.1.
  
 2) SHEET A9.0 INDICATES FIRE SPRINKLERS NOT REQUIRED
 AND NOTED PER THE REQUIREMENT OF PBC AMENDMENT TO THE
 FIRE PREVENTION CODE SECTION 13.3.2.1.1.4. THIS
 FACILITY IS LOCATED WITHIN THE
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH, NOT THE COUNTY. ALSO NOTE
 SINCE THE 2004 FBC THERE ARE NO LONGER LOCAL AMENDMENT
 TO THE FBC EXCEPT FOR CHAPTER 1.
  
 3) SHEET A9.0 WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE TYPES OF
 MATERIALS TO BE STORED AND THE AMOUNTS TO DETERMINE THE
 TYPE OF OCCUPANCY. WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION WE CAN NOT
 CLASSIFY THIS BUILDING.THE PLANS INDICATE STORAGE OF
 SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE. SECTION 307.2 UNDER THE DEFINITION
 OF OXIDIZER THERE ARE FOUR CLASSIFICATIONS. PLEASE
 IDENTIFY WHICH OF THESE CATEGORIES WE WILL BE DEALING
 WITH AND THE AMOUNT TO BE STORED, STATE OF COMPOUND
 (GAS, LIQUID OR SOLID) AND WHAT TYPE OF STORAGE
 CONTAINER. ALSO PROVIDE THE MSDS SHEETS FOR THIS
 COMPOUND AND OTHER CHEMICALS TO BE STORED WITHIN THIS
 BUILDING.
  
 4) THE COVERSHEET C1.1 INDICATES THE USE OF A 3MG
 CHLORINE CONTACT STORAGE TANK, PLEASE PROVIDE
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, IS THIS 3 MILLION GALLONS OF
 CHLORINE, OR A MIXING TANK? IS THIS NEW CONSTRUCTION OR
 JUST A TIE IN ASA INDICATED ON SHEET S99.1.
  
 5) SHEET A9.0 INDICATES THIS BUILDING TO BE A TYPE II-B
 CONSTRUCTION. WEST PALM BEACH ADMINISTRATIVE CODE
 109.3.7 (1) FOR BUILDINGS OF TYPE I OR II CONSTRUCTION
 SHALL REQUIRE A RESIDENT INSPECTOR . A COPY OF THE
 PAPERWORK SHALL BE ATTACHED.
  
 6) 1802.2.1 QUESTIONABLE SOIL. WHERE THE
 SAFE-SUSTAINING POWER OF THE SOIL IS IN DOUBT, OR WHERE
 A LOAD-BEARING VALUE SUPERIOR TO THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS
 CODE IS CLAIMED, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL REQUIRE
 THAT THE NECESSARY INVESTIGATION BE MADE. SUCH
 INVESTIGATION SHALL COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF
 SECTIONS 1802.4 THROUGH 1802.6 .
