 1. APPLICATION STATES "DESCRIBE PROJECT IN DETAIL
 (FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN DELAYS)" THERE ARE
 PLANS FOR A FOUNTAIN INCLUDED WITH THE APPLICATION THAT
 IS NOT MENTIONED ON THE APPLICATION AS WELL AS A RAISED
 WATER FEATURE. PLEASE DESCRIBE ALL WORK ON THE
 APPLICATION OR SUBMIT A SEPARATE PERMIT FOR WORK NOT
 INCLUDED IN THIS PERMIT. SECTION 105.1.
  
 2. IF IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE
 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS
 TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION THE PERMIT
 SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF
 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE
 TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL,
 INTERIOR FINISH, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION &
 BACKFILL FOR BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUATION. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE
 LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST
 ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH
 REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. THE CLAIMED VALUATION DOES
 APPEAR TO BE TOO LOW.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE
 THE REVISION & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY
 PAGES AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER
 LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER,
 WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND
 WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. REMOVE
 ALL VOID SHEETS FROM ALL PLANS AND PLACE
 ONE SET OF THEM LOOSELY ON TOP OF THE
 COLLATED PLANS TO BE REVIEWED.
