 WITH THE CLERK OF THE COURT. NOTE: 713.13(2) IF THE
 WORK DESCRIBED IN THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT IS NOT
 ACTUALLY COMMENCED WITHIN 90 DAYS AFTER THE RECORDING
 THEREOF, SUCH NOTICE IS NULL & VOID. NOTE: 713.13(6)
 THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AT THE
 CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST INSPECTION.
  
 3) PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST TIME REVIEW) AFTER
 JULY 1ST, 2007 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2004 FBC
 BUILDING WITH THE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS. THIS INFORMATION
 SHALL BE INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS.
  
 4) INDICATE THE USE AND OCCUPANCY OF THE BUILDING PER
 FBC CHAPTER 3 AND TABLE 503 AND THE TYPE OF BUILDING
 PER CHAPTER 6 AND TABLE 601.
  
 5) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO CLEARLY SHOW
 THE EXTENT OF THE WORK. PROVIDE AN EXISTING AND A
 PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN SHOWING ALL AFFECTED AREAS. THE
 DRAWINGS SUBMITTED SHALL BE OF DRAFTSMAN QUALITY
 SHOWING ALL DIMENSIONS OF THE WORK AREA. NOTE: PLANS
 SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE. 106.1.1
 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE
 THE LOCATION, NATURE & EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED &
 SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS
 OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, AND RULES
 AND REGULATIONS AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 PROVIDE A WALL LEGEND SHOWING THE EXISTING WALLS AND
 THE NEW WALLS WITH A DETAIL OF EACH WALL.
  
 6) 2004 FBC (EXISTING) 301.5 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR
 AN OWNER MUST ELECT ONE OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF
 ALTERATION PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF
 THIS CODE. STATE THE LEVEL OF ALTERATION ON THE PLANS.
  
 7) THE SHEETS SUBMITTED SHALL BE SIGN, SEAL AND DATED
 PER SECTION 106.1/ FAC 61G15-23.002/ 61G1-16.004 AND
 481.221.
 NOTE: A COMPLETE REVIEW CANNOT BE ACCOMPLISHED WITH THE
 DRAWINGS SUBMITTED; ADDITIONAL MAY BE MADE WHEN PLANS
 WITH SUFFICIENT INFORMATION ARE SUBMITTED.
