 DENIED BY BUILDING
  
 1) ON SHEET 2 OF THE PLANS THE LEVEL OF ALTERATION IS
 INCORRECTLY SPECIFIED AS LEVEL 1. PLEASE CHANGE TO
 LEVEL 2. SEE 2004 FBC EXISTING BUILDING SECTION 304.
  
 2) UNDER DESIGN PARAMETERS ON SHEET 2 ASCE7-05 IS
 INCORRECTLY REFERENCED. THE CORRECT REFERENCE FOR THE
 2004 FBC IS ASCE7-02. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 3) THE BATHROOM WINDOWS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE SAFETY
 GLAZING BY FBC R308.4 WHERE THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE
 GLAZING IS LESS THAN 60 INCHES ABOVE ANY STANDING OR
 WALKING SURFACE. SPECIFY SAFETY GLAZING ON PLANS OR
 SHOW THAT WINDOWS ARE 60 INCHES ABOVE TUB OR SHOWER
 FLOORS.
  
 4) THE ENERGY CALCULATION FORM THAT WAS SUBMITTED
 CONTAINS SEVERAL ERRORS AND IS NOT SIGNED BY THE
 OWNER/AGENT. ENERGY CALCULATIONS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBMITTED WHEN THE RENOVATION COST IS LESS THAN 30 PER
 CENT OF THE ASSESSED VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE WHICH
 APPLIES TO THIS JOB. HOWEVER, THE COMPONENTS BEING
 INSTALLED ARE REQUIRED TO MEET THE PRESCRIPTIVE
 REQUIREMENTS OF METHOD C. 13-101.2.3 RENOVATIONS.
 RENOVATED BUILDINGS SHALL, WHEN APPLICABLE (SEE SECTION
 202), MEET THE PRESCRIPTIVE REQUIREMENTS CONTAINED IN
 METHOD C OF SUBCHAPTER 13-6 FOR RESIDENTIAL
 APPLICATIONS OF THE CODE FOR INSULATION, HVAC SYSTEMS,
 LIGHTING, WATER HEATING SYSTEMS AND EXTERIOR ENVELOPE
 FOR THOSE COMPONENTS BEING RETROFITTED OR REPLACED.
  
 5) SPECIFY THE FASTENING OPTION THAT WILL BE USED TO
 INSTALL THE STORM PANELS. MARK THE APPROPRIATE ITEM ON
 THE TABLE ON SHEET 3 OF NOA NO. 06-1012.05 INSTALLATION
 DRAWINGS.
  
 6) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE STORM PANELS ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
