 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. THIS PROPERTY IS PART OF THE SHOPPES AT PALM COAST
 PLAZA DEVELOPMENT OF SIGNIFICANT IMPACT (" DSI"), AN
 APPLICATION FOR A MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE DSI SHOWING
 THE PROPOSED GENERATOR (+/-10 HIGH W/O SLAB) AND NEW
 GAS TANK FOR THE WINN DIXIE GROCERY STORE WILL BE
 REQUIRED TO BE FILED TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT AND APPROVED PRIOR TO THE BUILDING PERMIT
 BEING APPROVED. SEE
 HTTP://WWW.CITYOFWPB.COM/PLAN/INDEX.PHP, UNDER
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION FOR REQUIREMENTS OF A MINOR DSI
 AMENDMENT.
  
 THE COMMENTS BELOW REFLECT THE INFORMATION NEEDED ON
 SITE PLAN, PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL OF THE MINOR AMENDMENT TO
 THE DSI.
  
 3. THE SITE PLAN SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
  
 A. PROVIDE ELEVATIONS WITH DIMENSIONS INCLUDING TOTAL
 HEIGHT OF GENERATOR AND TANK TO INCLUDE SLAB. PROVIDE A
 FLOOR PLAN OF SCREENING AND LANDSCAPING DETAIL. INCLUDE
 WALL/FENCE HEIGHT, ETC.,
 B. PROVIDE SETBACK DISTANCE FROM PROPERTY LINE.
  
 NOTE: PROVIDE DETAIL OF ALL ENCLOSURES WITH LANDSCAPING
 ON THE SITE PLAN/FLOOR PLANS.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444(B) OPEN SPACE
 STANDARDS:
  
 (B) FUEL OR OIL OR PROPANE TANKS, GENERATORS SHALL NOT
 BE PERMITTED UNLESS APPROPRIATE SCREENING IS PROVIDED.
 SCREENING SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK, DECORATIVE
 CONCRETE, OTHER
 DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY, DURABLE WOOD AND
 STEEL.
  
 WALLS SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH SHRUBS AND HEDGES
 PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT INTERVALS. PROVIDE TYPE OF
 LANDSCAPING TO BE INSTALLED. A FOUR-SIDED ENCLOSURE
 WITH MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL, AN
 OBSCURING GATE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR SITE PLAN
 APPROVAL.
  
 THE SCREENING SHALL ENCLOSE BOTH THE GENERATOR AND GAS
 TANK INCLUDING ROOFTOP EXHAUST.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-305(B)(4) SETBACKS (B)(4)
 SETBACK ENCROACHMENT:
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET
 INTO A SETBACK.
  
 6. THE PROPOSED GENERATOR AND GAS TANK ARE PROPOSED ON
 TOP OF EXISTING PARKING STALLS. IF THESE ARE REQUIRED
 PARKING SPACES, WHERE ARE THE PARKING SPACES PROPOSED
 TO BE MITIGATED/RELOCATED? OTHERWISE, A NEW LOCATION
 FOR THE GENERATOR/GAS TANK WILL HAVE TO BE PROVIDED.
