 2. INDICATE THE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM THE PROPSED
 ADDITION TO ALL ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES. NOTE: PURSUANT
 TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZDLR), SECTION 94-75(A)(2):
 MINIMUM SETBACKS FOR PRINCIPAL BUILDING ARE AS FOLLWS:
  
 A. FRONT: 25 FEET;
  
 B. CORNER: 12.5 FEET; TEN FEET IF LOT IS LESS THAN 60
 FEET WIDE;
  
 C. REAR: 15 FEET OR TEN PERCENT OF LOT DEPTH WHICHEVER
 IS LESS;
  
 D. SIDE: FIVE FEET MINIMUM, 15 FEET TOTAL.
  
 3. INDICATE THE SEPARATION DISTANCE OF THE PROPOSED
 ADDITION TO THE EXISTING WOOD FRAME GARAGE. NOTE:
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-304(B)(3) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), ACCESSORY STRUCTURES
 SHALL BE LOCATED NO CLOSER THAN SIX (6) FEET TO THE
 PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE.
  
 4. INDICATE IF ANY TREES WILL BE REMOVED AS A RESULT OF
 THE PROPOSED PROJECT. IF YES, A TREE ALTERATION/REMOVAL
