 1) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT WILL
 BE REQUIRED. FS 713
  
 3) SUBMIT TWO (2) COPIES OF ENERGY CALCULATION FORMS AS
 REQUIRED BY FBC 13-600.
  
 4) THE MINIMUM R-VALUE FOR A 2 X 6 FRAME WALL IS R-19
 PER FBC 13-602.1.C.1.1. PLEASE REVISE WALL SECTION ON
 A-2.
  
 5) THE R-30 BATT CEILING INSULATION SPECIFIED ON A-2 IS
 9-1/2" THICK AND WILL NOT ALLOW FOR FREE AIR FLOW
 BETWEEN THE 2 X 8 RAFTERS/JOISTS. THE MINIMUM ALLOWED
 FOR A SINGLE ASSEMBLY ROOF IS R-19 WHICH IS 5-1/2"
 THICK. SEE FBC 13-604.1.ABC.1. PLEASE REVISE.
  
 6) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R703.6.3. WHERE CEMENT PLASTER
 (STUCCO) IS TO BE APPLIED TO LATH OVER FRAME
 CONSTRUCTION, MEASURES SHALL BE TAKEN TO PREVENT
 BONDING BETWEEN THE CEMENT PLASTER AND THE
 WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER. A BOND BREAK SHALL BE PROVIDED
 BETWEEN THE WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER AND THE CEMENT
 PLASTER (STUCCO) CONSISTING OF ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
 1. TWO LAYERS OF AN APPROVED WATER-RESISTANT BARRIER
 MATERIAL; OR
 2. ONE LAYER OF AN APPROVED WATER-RESISTANT BARRIER
 OVER AN APPROVED PLASTIC HOUSE WRAP; OR
 3. OTHER APPROVED METHODS OR MATERIALS APPLIED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTALLATION
 INSTRUCTIONS.
  
 7) FBC 106.3* CITY AMENDMENTS PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE
 PRODUCT WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 8) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT WAS SUBMITTED FOR THE ROOF
 COVERING IS FOR UNDERLAYMENT AND IS NOT FOR A FLAT ROOF
 SYSTEM. SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 FLAT ROOF SYSTEM THAT WILL BE INSTALLED. SPECIFY WHICH
 ONE OF THE APPROVED ASSEMBLIES LISTED IN THE NOA WILL
 BE USED. SPECIFY THE FASTENING OPTION AND DESIGN
 PRESSURE THAT WILL BE USED. PROVIDE RAS 117 FOR
 ENHANCED FASTENING AT PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS AS
 REQUIRED BY LIMITATION #7 OF THE NOA. DCA RULE 9B-72
  
 9) THE VALUE FOR THE ADDITION SPECIFIED ON THE
 APPLICATION IS LOW. BASED ON THE ICC BUILDING VALUATION
 DATA THE COST FOR 312 SQFT TYPE VI CONSTRUCTION IS
 $30,210.00. THE VALUE HAS BEEN ADJUSTED AND ADDITIONAL
 FEES OF $599.67 ARE DUE. FBC 108.3* CITY AMENDMENTS
