 REVIEW UNDER 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE WITH 2007
 REVISIONS.
  
 ***NOTE: ONLY ONE SET OF ENGINEER'S PLANS WERE
 SUBMITTED THIS TIME.
  
 1- PLANS TO SPECIFY ALL LIVE AND DEAD LOADS AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R301.1 AND TABLE R301.5 OF 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE. NOTE: ATTIC LIVE LOADS NEED TO BE
 INCLUDED ALSO. (REPEAT COMMENT- THREE TIMES).
 STRUCTURAL LOADS SPECIFICATIONS SUBMITTED ON SHEET A3
 ARE VERY CONFUSING AND STILL ARE NOT ADDRESSING THE
 REQUIRED ATTIC LIVE LOADS REQUIRED BY TABLE R301.5 OF
 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. (THIS IS THE THIRD TIME
 THAT THIS ISSUE IS NOT ADDRESSED. ENGINEER TO PAY FOUR
 TIMES THE FEE FOR PLAN REVIEW AS REQUIRED BY FLORIDA
 STATUTE SEC. 553.80(2)(B). SEE ATTACHED COPY. ENGINEER
 OWES $3,705.63 FOR MULTIPLE PLAN REVIEW REJECTIONS).
  
 2- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) ENTRY DOOR AND KITCHEN AND BEDROOM EXTERIOR DOORS.
 ACCORDING TO MIAMI-DADE COUNTY WEBSITE NOA 07-0731.04
 SUBMITTED IS NO GOOD. FILE FOR THIS NOA WAS CLOSED BY
 MIAMI-DADE COUNTY. SEE ATTACHED COPY FROM MIAMI-DADE
 COUNTY. PROVIDE CURRENT NOA AND ENGINEER TO REVIEW
 PRODUCT APPROVAL PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL.
  
 B) HURRICANE SHUTTERS: PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE. SEE ATTACHED SAMPLE. COMPLETE ALL THE
 INFORMATION AND CLEARLY MARK ON SHUTTERS DRAWINGS
 SPECIFIC MOUNTING CONDITIONS (EG: WALL MOUNTED, BUILD
 OUT, ETC) AND SPECIFIC ANCHOR TYPE AND SPACING TO BE
 USED. (REPEAT COMMENT- THREE TIMES).
 THIS ITEM WAS NOT ADDRESSED AT ALL. PROVIDE COMPLETE
 INFORMATION.
  
 3- SINCE THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS ARE TAKEN THE CEILING
 FAN CREDIT, THEN THE ELECTRICAL PLAN NEEDS TO SHOW SIZE
 OF CEILING FANS AS REQUIRED BY TABLE 13-607.1.A.1 OF
 FBC 2004. AND, THEY NEED TO BE INSTALLED FOR
 INSPECTION. NEED TO REVISE SIZE OF CEILING FAN ON
 LIVING ROOM.

 4- PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SEC.
